Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated and effective: October 2, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') describes the activities that are prohibited on the Fluxo Flow platform, operated by David Investment Group Inc.. Violating it is a material breach of the Terms of Service and may result in immediate suspension or termination.
1. Prohibited content
You may not use Fluxo Flow to process, store, or transmit:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind. We report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) without notice.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights.
- Content that is defamatory, libellous, threatening, or invades another person's privacy.
- Personal data of individuals who haven't consented (in jurisdictions that require consent).
- Regulated data: protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA, payment card data, or biometric data. We do not sign Business Associate Agreements and the platform is not certified for these data types.
2. Prohibited activities
You may not use Fluxo Flow to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or violate CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or any other anti-spam law.
- Conduct phishing, credential harvesting, or any other attempted deception of third parties.
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from websites in violation of those sites' terms of service.
- Generate malware, exploit code, or other tools designed to damage computer systems.
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks, vulnerability scanning, or load testing of third-party systems without explicit written authorisation.
- Mine cryptocurrency or run other resource-disproportionate workloads.
- Build or operate platforms whose primary purpose is to produce disinformation, deepfakes, or other deceptive synthetic media.
- Make decisions that materially affect human rights (employment, lending, housing, insurance, healthcare treatment) using fully-automated AI workflows without a Human node in the chain.
3. AI-specific restrictions
You may not use AI agents on Fluxo Flow to:
- Impersonate a real person without their consent.
- Generate content that promotes self-harm, violence, or illegal activity.
- Circumvent foundation model providers' usage policies (Anthropic, OpenAI). AI calls run under your own provider account, so those providers' policies apply to you directly as well as through this AUP.
- Train downstream models on outputs in violation of those providers' terms.
4. Platform abuse
You may not:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network (yours or ours) without our written consent.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
- Resell, white-label or rebrand access to the platform, except under an active White-Label Partner Agreement. Partners must flow this AUP down to their clients, and are responsible for their clients' compliance with it.
- Create accounts using fake identities or in violation of any export-control or sanctions law.
- Use the platform to compete with us (build a competing workflow automation platform on top of our infrastructure).
5. Resource limits and fair use
Every plan has documented limits on workflows, seats and how often schedules can run. Plans don't charge per run, task or hour; in return, we ask that usage stays reasonable for your plan. If a workspace uses far more resources than is typical (for example, sustained high-volume webhook traffic, or runs designed to keep servers busy), we'll contact you first to find a fit, such as a larger plan. We may throttle or temporarily suspend accounts that keep significantly exceeding these limits.
Webhook triggers and other platform endpoints are rate limited. Sustained traffic above those limits may be queued or rejected. Need higher caps? Upgrade or email us about an Enterprise plan.
6. Reporting violations
If you believe someone is violating this AUP, report it to abuse@fluxosuite.com. Include workflow IDs, sample outputs, and any other relevant context. We investigate every report and act within 72 hours for high-severity matters.
7. Enforcement
Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:
- Warn the workspace owner and ask for the offending content to be removed.
- Suspend specific features (e.g., disable AI agents).
- Suspend the workspace pending investigation.
- Terminate the account and refer the matter to law enforcement where applicable.
For severe or repeat violations we may act without warning. Refunds are not available for accounts terminated for AUP violation.
8. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to every workspace owner at least 30 days in advance. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the current version.
