DMCA / Copyright Policy
Last updated and effective: October 2, 2026
David Investment Group Inc. ('we', 'us'), which operates Fluxo Flow, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of Fluxo Flow to do the same. This policy explains how we respond to claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 ('DMCA').
1. Our copyright policy
You may not use Fluxo Flow to store, publish, share or process material that infringes someone else's copyright. When we receive a notice that complies with the DMCA, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material identified in it.
Infringement is also a breach of our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
2. How to send a takedown notice
If you believe material on Fluxo Flow infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice to our designated agent (section 3). Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), the notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of them).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or disabled, with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it (for example the URL, workspace or workflow name).
- Information reasonably sufficient for us to contact you, such as your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Notices that don't substantially include these elements may not be acted on. Please send only copyright notices to this address; other legal questions go to support@fluxosuite.com.
3. Designated agent
Send DMCA notices and counter-notices to our designated agent registered with the U.S. Copyright Office:
Designated Copyright AgentHusam Daoud
David Investment Group Inc.
10101 S. Roberts Rd. STE 202, Palos Hills, IL 60465, USA
Email: copyright@fluxosuite.com
Phone: (773) 998-5599
U.S. Copyright Office DMCA Designated Agent Directory registration no. DMCA-1081651
Email is the fastest way to reach the agent.
4. What happens after a notice
When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the identified material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted it. We may forward a copy of the notice, including the complainant's name and contact details, to the affected user so they can respond, and we may also share it with organizations that collect and publish takedown notices.
5. Counter-notices
If material you posted was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our designated agent. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), it must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which David Investment Group Inc. may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or that person's agent.
When we receive a valid counter-notice, we forward a copy to the person who sent the original notice and tell them we will restore the material in 10 business days. We then restore the material not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice, unless our designated agent first receives notice that the complainant has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in the infringing activity.
6. Repeat-infringer policy
In appropriate circumstances, we terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We track valid notices against each account and workspace, and we may also limit access or terminate an account at our discretion, after one or more notices, whether or not it is a repeat infringer.
7. Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. If you aren't sure whether material infringes your copyright (for example, whether a use is fair use), consider talking to a lawyer before sending a notice.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
