Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated and effective: October 2, 2026

Fluxo Flow is operated by David Investment Group Inc. ('we', 'us'). This policy explains how to cancel a paid plan, our 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, and how other refund requests are handled. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If Fluxo Flow isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of the first payment of any paid plan, monthly or annual, and we will refund that first payment in full. You don't need to give a reason.

  • What's covered: the first payment of any paid plan, monthly or annual. For an annual plan, that is the full annual price you paid up front.
  • When: your request must reach us within 30 days of the date of that first charge.
  • How you're refunded: to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to show it.
  • What happens to your plan: the subscription is cancelled and the workspace moves to the Free plan. Your workflows and data stay in the workspace, within Free plan limits.
  • Once only: the guarantee applies one guarantee per customer and per workspace. If you subscribe again later, or create another workspace to claim it again, the new payment is not covered.

2. What the guarantee doesn't cover

The money-back guarantee does not apply to:

  • Add-ons (extra seats and workflow packs).
  • One-time marketplace agent purchases.
  • Renewals and any later payments after the first one.
  • Fees charged by third parties, such as your own AI provider.
  • The Partner plan and partner client-workspace fees.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for breaking our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

Enterprise plans sold under a separate written agreement follow the refund terms in that agreement.

3. How to ask for a refund

Use whichever is easiest:

We confirm by email once the refund has been issued and the subscription has been cancelled.

4. Cancelling your plan

You can cancel online at any time: Settings → Billing → Manage billing opens our payment processor's (Stripe's) billing portal, where you can cancel in a few clicks. You don't need to call or email us. If you have trouble, email billing@fluxosuite.com and we'll cancel it for you.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan and add-ons stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for; after that the workspace moves to the Free plan. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund. If you are still within the 30-day guarantee window for your first payment, ask for the refund as described above.

Paid plans and add-ons renew automatically until you cancel. If you're on an annual plan, we email the workspace's billing contact about 30 days before it renews, so you have time to cancel.

5. Other refund requests

Outside the money-back guarantee, payments (including renewals, add-ons, unused time after a downgrade or cancellation, and marketplace agent purchases) are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. We may still issue a full or partial refund or credit at our discretion, for example if you were charged in error or a service problem on our side kept you from using the platform.

Plan changes are prorated automatically by Stripe, as described in the Terms of Service. Charges from your own AI provider are billed by that provider, not by us, and are outside this policy.

6. Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually resolve billing problems quickly. If a payment is disputed, we may suspend the workspace's paid features while the dispute is open.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. A change never reduces the guarantee for a payment you made before the change. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
