  1. New plans, a Free tier, and bring-your-own AI keys

    Every workspace now starts on a Free plan to explore — no credit card needed. Build workflows and test them with Dry Run, then upgrade to run them live. AI steps run on your own AI provider key, so you pay your provider directly and Fluxo Flow never marks up AI usage.

    • Free (Explore): up to 3 draft workflows and 1 seat, with Dry Run on sample data. No live runs.
    • Basic $39/mo, Pro $119/mo, Business $237/mo, Elite $514/mo; Enterprise from $999/mo.
    • Annual billing gives you 2 months free.
    • Connect OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini or another provider in Settings → AI Providers.

  2. Security and reliability hardening

    A broad pre-launch pass across the workflow engine, integrations, teams and billing.

    • Integration sign-in (OAuth) is now bound to your session with single-use state.
    • Stored credentials are always encrypted — there is no plaintext fallback.
    • Team invites: accept flow, resend / revoke, and guards against role escalation.
    • Billing: plan changes and workspace deletion are handled safely end to end.
    • Workflow engine fixes for routing, pause / resume and several node types.

  3. Faster dashboard, clearer errors, a better canvas

    • Improved

    Pages load faster, errors now tell you what went wrong and how to fix it, and the canvas saves and runs more predictably.

    • Error messages with a suggested fix and a Retry action where it helps.
    • Faster analytics and fewer round-trips on every page.
    • Canvas: open workflows by link, per-tab autosave, undo, and a real Run button.
    • Review Queue is scoped to your workspace, with bulk approve / reject.

  4. Canvas polish and light theme

    The workflow canvas now fully supports the light theme, with a redesigned settings panel and a working “Go to fix” for validation errors.

    • Light and dark theme across every canvas surface.
    • Wider workflow panel with grouped tabs and keyboard navigation.
    • Smoother editing on large workflows and fewer autosave versions.
