Pricing questions.
Do plans include AI usage?
No. Every workspace connects its own AI provider key, and your provider bills you directly at their price. We add no markup and sell no AI credits. Dry Runs don't call your provider, so testing is free.
What can I do on the Free plan?
Explore the app, browse every template and build up to 3 draft workflows. Test them with Dry Run on sample data (simulated, nothing is sent). The Free plan never runs workflows live: by hand, on a schedule, from a webhook or app trigger, or through the API. Upgrade to any paid plan to switch them on. No credit card needed.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans cost 10 times the monthly price, so you get 2 months free. You pay once a year. We email you about 30 days before an annual plan renews.
Do plans renew automatically?
Yes. Paid plans and add-ons renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time in Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free, where your workflows stop running live.
What happens if I upgrade or downgrade?
Changes take effect right away. The difference is prorated: you are charged, or credited, for the unused part of your current period. Add-ons are prorated the same way.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. You're responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT or withholding tax, as set out in our Terms of Service.
Can I get a refund?
Not the right fit? Ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment on any paid plan, monthly or annual, and we'll refund it in full to your original payment method and cancel the subscription. Add-ons and one-time marketplace agent purchases aren't covered, and the guarantee applies once per customer and workspace. Other refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What happens when I hit a plan limit?
Nothing breaks. You can't create more workflows than your plan allows, and schedules can't run faster than your plan's limit. Upgrade or buy an add-on when you need more.
Is the API included?
Yes, on every paid plan. The REST API and outbound webhooks are included; paid plans differ only in rate limits (requests per minute per API key) and how many runs can be queued at once, as listed on each plan. The Free plan can't start live runs, through the API or otherwise. See the API page for details.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. For Enterprise, talk to sales.
