Run the app on app.youragency.com and send email from notifications@mail.youragency.com. Add the domain in your partner dashboard, copy the DNS records it shows to your DNS provider, and we verify them and issue HTTPS automatically.

Included workspaces cover Basic or Pro clients. Business and Elite clients are always billed at their wholesale price, because an included workspace only carries Pro limits. Wholesale prices sit below our retail plan prices, so you keep the markup.

FAQ
Partner questions.
Is there an application?
Yes. You create a free account and fill in a short application, and a person reviews it and replies by email. Once approved, you accept the Partner Agreement and subscribe in the app.
What exactly is white-labeled?
The app's interface (name, logo and colors), the browser tab title and icon, the emails your clients receive, and the support and docs links. Your clients don't see Fluxo Flow pricing or billing. Sign-in, sign-up and error pages show your brand on your custom domain and when clients arrive from one of your invites.
Can I use my own domain and send email from it?
Yes. In the partner dashboard, Domain takes a subdomain such as app.youragency.com: add the CNAME record it shows (plus a TXT record that proves the domain is yours) at your DNS provider, and it goes live with HTTPS once the records verify, usually within an hour. Email takes a sending domain such as mail.youragency.com: add the DKIM, SPF and MX records it shows, press Verify, and your clients' emails come from it. Until the email domain verifies, emails go out from our address in your name, so nothing waits on DNS.
What DNS records will I need?
For the app domain: a CNAME (for example app → cname.vercel-dns.com) and a TXT ownership record (_fluxo-verification.app); occasionally a second TXT record if the name was used on another hosting account. For email: one DKIM TXT record (resend._domainkey), plus an SPF TXT record and an MX record on a send subdomain, which handle bounces and don't change where your normal email goes. The dashboard shows the exact values with copy buttons and checks them automatically every 10 minutes.
How do I bill my clients?
However you like. You set your own prices and invoice your clients directly, through your own billing. Your clients never see Fluxo Flow pricing or our Stripe checkout. We bill you for the Partner plan and any extra client workspaces.
How do AI keys work?
You can add one shared AI provider key that your client workspaces fall back to, and any client can add its own key. If a client has its own key, that key is used. Your AI provider bills whoever owns the key, at the provider's price. We never add a markup.
Who supports my clients?
You do. You provide first-line support to your clients, and we support you. To troubleshoot, you can open a client's workspace read-only for 1 hour; every visit is recorded in the client's activity log, and the client can turn support access off.
What happens if I stop being a partner?
Your clients get 30 days to export their workflows and data or move to a direct Fluxo Flow plan. During that time their workspaces stay available read-only, so nothing has to be rushed.
Can I still have my own workspace?
Yes. Your own workspace stays yours, alongside the client workspaces you manage.
Is there a minimum term or contract?
No long contract. Pay monthly, or annually at 10 times the monthly price (2 months free). Cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. The Partner Agreement covers the details.
Which limits do included client workspaces get?
The 5 included workspaces cover Basic or Pro clients and get Pro limits. Business and Elite clients are always billed at their wholesale price, because an included workspace only carries Pro limits.
What are the prices for extra client workspaces?
Extra client workspaces are billed at wholesale prices, below our retail plan prices, so you keep the markup: Basic $31/mo (retail $39/mo), Pro $95/mo (retail $119/mo), Business $189/mo (retail $237/mo), Elite $411/mo (retail $514/mo). Annual is 10 times the monthly price.
