Switching

Rebuild a Zapier Zap in Fluxo Flow.

Zapier Zaps don't import into Fluxo Flow, so there's no automatic conversion. Here's how to rebuild a Zap step by step on the canvas, or start from a template.

  1. List what the Zap does

Open the Zap and write down the trigger, each action and any Filters or Paths. Each action becomes a node on the Fluxo Flow canvas. On Team and Enterprise, Zapier's JSON export is a handy record of every step, but it only re-imports into Zapier.

  2. Recreate the trigger

Use a Scheduled Trigger or a Webhook Trigger (with a secret). If the Zap starts from an app event, point that app's webhook (or a small relay) at Fluxo Flow.

  3. Swap AI by Zapier for an AI node

Connect your own AI provider key once in Settings, then add an AI step. You pay your provider directly at their price, with no markup.

  4. Replace Paths and Filters with logic nodes

Use a Router node for Paths and conditions, a Transformer for Formatter steps, and a Human Review node anywhere you used Human in the Loop.

  5. Dry Run, then switch over

Run the workflow in Dry Run to check every step without side effects or AI cost. When the trace looks right, turn it on and turn the Zap off.

FAQ

Fluxo Flow vs Zapier: questions.

Is Fluxo Flow cheaper than Zapier?

It depends on your usage. Zapier meters tasks, while Fluxo Flow charges a flat plan (paid plans start at $39/mo) and your AI provider bills you directly at cost. For small, simple workflows Zapier can cost less; for high-volume, many-step or AI-heavy workflows a flat plan can cost less. Try the cost calculator with your own numbers.

How does Zapier count usage compared with Fluxo Flow?

Zapier counts a task each time it successfully completes an action, so a Zap with 5 action steps that runs 1,000 times uses about 5,000 tasks. AI by Zapier steps count 1, 3 or 5 tasks per run by model tier (Premium, 5, is the default for new steps), plus the same again per tool call. Fluxo Flow doesn't count runs, tasks or steps at all: your plan sets how many workflows and seats you have and how often schedules can run.

Does Fluxo Flow have as many integrations as Zapier?

No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Native integrations live today are Google Sheets, HubSpot, Notion, Salesforce and Slack, with 39 more in beta. Anything with an API can be reached through HTTP requests and webhooks. If you depend on a niche app that Zapier supports natively, Zapier may be the better fit.

How do AI costs work?

You connect your own key from one of 14 providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral and more). Your provider bills you at their published price; we add no markup and sell no AI credits. Dry Runs never call your provider.

Can I self-host Fluxo Flow?

No. Fluxo Flow is hosted only. If self-hosting is a must, look at a self-hostable tool such as n8n or Activepieces instead.

How do I move my Zaps over?

Zapier has no portable export, so rebuild them on the canvas: recreate the trigger with a schedule or webhook, add a node per step (or start from a template), then Dry Run with real sample data before you switch the Zap off. The migration steps above walk through it.

Can I export my Zaps and import them into Fluxo Flow?

Zapier can export Zaps as a JSON file on Team and Enterprise plans, but that file is meant for re-importing into Zapier. Fluxo Flow doesn't convert it, so Zaps are rebuilt on the canvas (we do import n8n workflows and Make blueprints).

Is there a free plan or a guarantee?

Yes. The Free plan lets you build up to 3 draft workflows and test them with Dry Run on sample data, with no credit card. It doesn't run anything live: running workflows by hand, on a schedule, from a webhook or through the API needs a paid plan, from $39/mo. Paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.
