Why Fluxo Flow exists

I'm Husam Daoud, and I built Fluxo Flow.

I've spent the last few years building software that runs real operations — scheduling, billing, compliance and customer workflows for businesses that can't afford things to break. Every project ran into the same wall: the work that keeps a company running is repetitive, spread across too many tools, and too important to hand to a black box.

Fluxo Flow is my answer. You design an automation visually, see exactly what it will do before it runs, keep a person in the loop where it matters, and use the AI provider you already trust — on your own key, billed at cost, with no markup from us.

Make AI automation trustworthy enough for the work that keeps a business running: visible before it runs, checked by a person where it matters, and priced so a busy month never turns into a surprise bill.

What we believe

  • You should see what an automation will do before it does it.

    Every workflow can be walked through with Dry Run: simulated app and AI calls, no side effects, no AI cost. Nothing reaches a customer, a CRM or an inbox until you run it for real.

  • People approve the decisions that carry risk.

    AI is good at reading, sorting and drafting. Refunds, payments, contracts and customer replies deserve a second look, so a Human Review step and a Review Queue come with every plan.

  • AI should cost what your provider charges.

    You connect your own key from the provider you already trust. Your provider bills you directly at their price. We don't resell tokens, sell credits or add a margin.

  • Pricing should be predictable.

    Plans are priced by workflows and seats, not by runs, tasks or steps. A workflow that runs ten times more often doesn't cost ten times more.

  • Your data is yours, and we say what we don't have.

    You can export or delete your workspace at any time. We publish what we don't offer yet, too: no SOC 2 report today, and the platform isn't HIPAA compliant.
