Switching
Bring a n8n workflow into Fluxo Flow.
Import the workflow file and common steps are converted for you (best effort), with a report of anything to check or rebuild. Here's how.
Import the workflow
In n8n, open the workflow and use the menu → Download. In Fluxo Flow, go to Workflows → Import and drop the file. Webhook, Schedule, HTTP Request, IF, Switch, Filter, Set, Loop, AI Agent / OpenAI / Anthropic, Slack, Gmail, Send Email, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Notion and Salesforce nodes are converted; anything else becomes a placeholder step to rebuild. Conversion is best effort, so the preview shows a report for every node.
Reconnect and check the trigger
Credentials are never copied: connect yours in each step from the Finish setup checklist. Webhook triggers get a new URL when you turn the workflow on, so point other apps' webhooks at it.
Check AI steps
AI Agent, LLM Chain, OpenAI and Anthropic nodes become AI steps with their prompts carried over, running on your own provider key (your provider bills you directly at cost). Tools attached to an agent aren't converted: add those steps after the AI step.
Replace Code nodes
Code nodes import as placeholder steps with the code kept in a note. Most of them reshape data: use a Transformer or Router node. For logic that truly needs code, call your own endpoint with an HTTP Request node.
Add review where it matters
Put a Human Review node before risky actions, then Dry Run the workflow and check the trace before you turn it on.
FAQ
Fluxo Flow vs n8n: questions.
Is Fluxo Flow cheaper than n8n?
It depends on your usage. n8n meters executions, while Fluxo Flow charges a flat plan (paid plans start at $39/mo) and your AI provider bills you directly at cost. For small, simple workflows n8n can cost less; for high-volume, many-step or AI-heavy workflows a flat plan can cost less. Try the cost calculator with your own numbers.
How does n8n count usage compared with Fluxo Flow?
n8n Cloud counts executions, where one execution is a whole workflow run regardless of steps, which is already friendly to long workflows. Fluxo Flow doesn't count runs at all; plans are set by workflows, seats and schedule frequency, and n8n's Community edition is free if you self-host.
Does Fluxo Flow have as many integrations as n8n?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Native integrations live today are Google Sheets, HubSpot, Notion, Salesforce and Slack, with 39 more in beta. Anything with an API can be reached through HTTP requests and webhooks. If you depend on a niche app that n8n supports natively, n8n may be the better fit.
How do AI costs work?
You connect your own key from one of 14 providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral and more). Your provider bills you at their published price; we add no markup and sell no AI credits. Dry Runs never call your provider.
Can I self-host Fluxo Flow?
No. Fluxo Flow is hosted only. If self-hosting is a must, n8n is a good choice: its Community edition is free to self-host.
How do I move my workflows over?
Export the workflow from n8n and import the file in Fluxo Flow (Workflows → Import). Common steps are converted automatically and anything else becomes a placeholder to rebuild; it's best effort, so check the conversion report, connect your own credentials, then Dry Run with real sample data before you switch the workflow off.
Is there a free plan or a guarantee?
Yes. The Free plan lets you build up to 3 draft workflows and test them with Dry Run on sample data, with no credit card. It doesn't run anything live: running workflows by hand, on a schedule, from a webhook or through the API needs a paid plan, from $39/mo. Paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.
