Switching
Bring a Make scenario into Fluxo Flow.
Import the scenario file and common steps are converted for you (best effort), with a report of anything to check or rebuild. Here's how.
Import the blueprint
In Make, open the scenario and use … → Export Blueprint. In Fluxo Flow, go to Workflows → Import and drop the file. Webhooks, HTTP calls, Routers and Filters, Iterators, Set variable, OpenAI and Claude, Slack, email, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Notion and Salesforce modules are converted; anything else becomes a placeholder step to rebuild. Conversion is best effort, so the preview shows a report for every module.
Map what's left
Check approximated steps and rebuild placeholders. Make processes a router's routes one after another, so one bundle can travel several routes; our Router takes the first matching route, so check the route order. Connections are never copied: pick yours in each step.
Recreate the trigger
Use a Scheduled Trigger or a Webhook Trigger (with a secret). For instant app triggers, send that app's webhook to Fluxo Flow.
Recreate the trigger if needed
Instant webhooks import as a Webhook Trigger with a new URL. "Watch" triggers become a 15-minute schedule: add a step that reads the new data, or have the app call the webhook.
Bring your AI key
Connect the same AI provider you use in Make (or another of our 14). Your provider bills tokens directly; we add no markup and charge no credits.
Dry Run and compare
Dry Run the workflow on a real sample without side effects, then check the run trace step by step before turning it on.
FAQ
Fluxo Flow vs Make: questions.
Is Fluxo Flow cheaper than Make?
It depends on your usage. Make meters credits, while Fluxo Flow charges a flat plan (paid plans start at $39/mo) and your AI provider bills you directly at cost. For small, simple workflows Make can cost less; for high-volume, many-step or AI-heavy workflows a flat plan can cost less. Try the cost calculator with your own numbers.
How does Make count usage compared with Fluxo Flow?
Make counts credits: per Make's own docs, the trigger uses 1 credit per run and most action modules use 1 credit each, so a scenario with a trigger and 4 action modules that runs 1,000 times uses about 5,000 credits. Fluxo Flow doesn't count runs, credits or steps: your plan sets workflows, seats and schedule frequency.
Does Fluxo Flow have as many integrations as Make?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Native integrations live today are Google Sheets, HubSpot, Notion, Salesforce and Slack, with 39 more in beta. Anything with an API can be reached through HTTP requests and webhooks. If you depend on a niche app that Make supports natively, Make may be the better fit.
How do AI costs work?
You connect your own key from one of 14 providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral and more). Your provider bills you at their published price; we add no markup and sell no AI credits. Dry Runs never call your provider.
Can I self-host Fluxo Flow?
No. Fluxo Flow is hosted only. If self-hosting is a must, look at a self-hostable tool such as n8n or Activepieces instead.
How do I move my scenarios over?
Export the scenario from Make and import the file in Fluxo Flow (Workflows → Import). Common steps are converted automatically and anything else becomes a placeholder to rebuild; it's best effort, so check the conversion report, connect your own credentials, then Dry Run with real sample data before you switch the scenario off.
Is there a free plan or a guarantee?
Yes. The Free plan lets you build up to 3 draft workflows and test them with Dry Run on sample data, with no credit card. It doesn't run anything live: running workflows by hand, on a schedule, from a webhook or through the API needs a paid plan, from $39/mo. Paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.
