Human review

Let AI do the drafting. Let people make the call.

Add a Human Review step anywhere in a workflow. The run pauses, the item appears in the Review Queue, and it continues down the approved or rejected branch as soon as someone decides.

What you get

Approvals that don't stall your team.

  • Approve, edit or reject

Approve as is, change the output and then approve, or reject. Add a comment with any decision.

  • Resumes right away

Once someone decides, the run continues down the matching branch immediately.

  • Assign and prioritize

Set the prompt reviewers see, a priority and an optional assignee. Reassign items one at a time or in bulk.

  • Bulk actions

Approve, reject or assign several reviews at once, and filter the queue by status, severity or assignee.

  • Timeouts

Set a timeout so runs don't wait forever. If nobody decides in time, the run follows the timeout branch.

  • The right people

Support Agents and above can decide reviews. Viewers can see the queue but not decide.

The Review Queue

Every decision in one place.

Items waiting for a decision, with the workflow they came from. Filter by status, severity or assignee.

  • Approve

The run continues down the approved branch.

  • Approve with edits

    Change the output, then approve.

  • Reject

The run continues down the rejected branch.

  • Comment

Add a note with any decision.

  • Assign or reassign

Hand the review to another member.

  • Bulk actions

Approve, reject or assign several at once.

Approval chain

5 steps

The pattern behind most review flows: AI drafts, a person approves, then the result goes out.

  1. Step 1: Webhook triggerA request comes in
  2. Step 2: AI GenerateDraft the reply or document
  3. Step 3: GuardrailBlock internal notes and banned terms
  4. Step 4: Human ReviewA teammate approves or edits
  5. Step 5: OutputSend the approved version

Result: Nothing leaves the building until a person has signed it off.

Good to know

  • Review alerts go to the in-app notification bell. There are no email alerts for reviews yet.
  • In a Dry Run, you pick which decision to simulate (approved, rejected or timeout), so you can test every branch.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Who can approve reviews?

Anyone with the Support Agent role or above. Viewers can see the queue but can't decide items.

How do reviewers find out something is waiting?

A Review needed notification goes to the bell of everyone who can review, and the sidebar shows how many items are waiting. Email alerts for reviews aren't available yet.

Can a reviewer fix the output instead of rejecting it?

Yes. Approve with edits lets them change the output and approve in one step.

What if nobody responds?

Set a timeout on the Human Review step. When it passes, the run continues down the timeout branch, where you can notify someone or stop.

Add a person to the loop in five minutes.
