Observability
Know what ran, what failed and why.
Every run records a step-by-step trace. Step through a past run node by node, see what each step received and returned, and compare a failed run with a good one.
What you get
Find the failing step fast.
Run history
Each workflow lists its manual, scheduled and webhook runs. The Activity page shows every run in the workspace, with filters.
Step-by-step trace
Which nodes ran, in what order, with status, timing and any error.
Inspector replay
Step through a run one node at a time and read each node's input, output and schema.
Metrics per run
Duration, step outcomes, the slowest nodes, tokens in and out, and estimated AI cost per node.
Compare runs
Put two runs side by side to see what changed in duration and outcome.
Analytics and alerts
Run volume and success rates over 7, 30 or 90 days, and a notification when a scheduled or webhook run fails.
The workflow panel
Everything about a run, next to the canvas.
| Tab | What it shows |

Good to know
- Workflows and versions export as .fluxo.json files, and owners and admins can download a full workspace export (a zip with run history as CSV and JSON, the activity log, members and more).
- There's no streaming to external log tools or scheduled export yet.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
How do I find out why a run failed?
Open the run's Trace to find the failing step and its error, then the Inspector for that step's input. Reproduce it with a Dry Run to walk the path without side effects.
Can I see how much AI each run cost?
Yes. The Metrics tab shows tokens in and out and an estimated AI cost for each node. Your provider's bill is the final word.
Will I know when a background run fails?
Yes. When a scheduled or webhook run ends in an error, owners, admins and roles down to Automation Operator get a notification in the bell.
Can I send run logs to my own tools?
Not automatically yet. You can add an Output or HTTP step to a workflow to send results anywhere, and owners and admins can download a full workspace export with run history as CSV and JSON.
Run it, then see exactly what happened.
