For agencies & freelancers

Build automations for clients. Keep every client separate.

Give each client its own workspace with its own members, credentials, AI key and plan. Build on a visual canvas, test with Dry Run, and let clients approve sensitive steps before anything is sent.

What changes

Less copying, chasing and checking.

  • Today

Client logins, API keys and automations end up mixed together in one account.

    With Fluxo Flow

Each client gets its own workspace. Workflows, credentials, AI keys and run history stay inside it, isolated in the database.

  • Today

Per-task pricing makes it hard to quote what an automation will cost the client.

    With Fluxo Flow

Plans are priced by workflows and seats, not per task. AI runs on the client's own provider key, billed by the provider at cost.

  • Today

Clients want to sign off before messages or documents go out in their name.

    With Fluxo Flow

Add a Human Review step and invite the client as a Support Agent. They approve, edit or reject in the Review Queue without access to edit your workflows.

  • Today

When a client's automation breaks, finding the cause takes hours.

    With Fluxo Flow

Every run has a step-by-step trace with inputs, outputs and errors. Compare the failed run with a good one side by side.

Example workflows

Three workflows you could build this week.

Each one uses nodes that exist on the canvas today. Start from a blank canvas or a marketplace agent and adapt it.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can I manage several clients from one login?

Yes. You can belong to many workspaces and switch between them from the top bar. Each workspace has its own plan, members, credentials and AI provider keys, and data from one workspace is never visible in another.

Who pays for each client's plan?

Plans and billing belong to each workspace, and the workspace owner manages billing. Agree with your client who owns the workspace and pays for it.

Whose AI key do client workflows use?

The key connected to that workspace. If the client connects their own provider key, AI usage is billed to them directly, at the provider's price, with no markup from us.

Can my client approve outputs without editing workflows?

Yes. Invite them with the Support Agent role. They get read-only access to runs and can approve, edit before approving, or reject items in the Review Queue.

Do you offer white-label or reseller pricing?

Yes. The Partner plan puts your brand on the app, emails and domain, includes client workspaces and bills extra clients at wholesale prices. See the Partner program page for prices and how to apply.
