Finance back-office template

Expense report policy check

AI checks every expense report against your policy; flagged ones go to finance, clean ones go straight to payroll.

  • Starts from a webhook
  • 1 AI step

What it does

The whole workflow, at a glance.

Reviewing every receipt by hand doesn't scale. AI checks each submitted report against your written policy and lists exact violations. Flagged reports are emailed to finance with the reasons; clean ones are sent straight to your payroll or accounting system.
