What it does
The whole workflow, at a glance.
Add an AI step to any system without writing glue code. Events posted to the workflow's webhook are classified, entities are extracted and sentiment is scored into strict JSON. Spam is dropped and everything else is forwarded to your API, with retries, idempotency keys and optional HMAC signing.

Setup checklist

- POST events to the workflow's webhook URL with the signing secret shown on the trigger once activated.
- Connect an AI provider in Settings → AI Providers.
- Replace the URL in “Forward to your API” and choose an auth mode (Bearer, shared secret or HMAC) under the Output's Security settings.

What if the model returns invalid JSON?
The AI step fails with a clear error and the run is marked failed, so nothing malformed is forwarded. Retries are on by default.
Is it free to try?

Which AI model does it use?
Whichever provider you connect. The AI step uses the default model of your connected provider (any of 14, on your own key), and you can pick a different model for each step.
