Support template
Support ticket triage
AI classifies every ticket by category and urgency, pages on-call in Slack for urgent ones and logs the rest to Notion.
- Starts from a webhook
- 1 AI step
- For support teams, founders
What it does
The whole workflow, at a glance.
Stop reading every ticket twice. AI tags each new ticket with a category and urgency and writes a short summary. Outages and blocked customers go straight to your on-call Slack channel; everything else is logged to a Notion database for the queue.

Apps and AI
What it connects to.
Apps
Swap any of them for another app: connect it in Settings → Integrations, or call its API with an HTTP step and a key from the credential vault.
AI on your own key
Works with any of the 14 providers you can connect. AI steps use your provider's default model until you pick another, and you pay your provider directly, at cost.

Setup checklist
Before you switch it on.
The canvas highlights anything still missing, and Dry Run works before any of this is done.
- Send new tickets from your helpdesk or contact form to the workflow's webhook URL.
- Connect an AI provider in Settings → AI Providers.
- Connect Slack and pick the connection and channel in “Page on-call in Slack”.
- Create a Notion integration token, save it as a Bearer credential, share your support database with it, and replace YOUR_DATABASE_ID in “Log to Notion” (match the property names to your database).
FAQ
Questions about this template.
Can I add more categories?
Yes. Edit the list in the AI step's system prompt, and add router routes if a category needs its own path.
Is it free to try?
Yes. Create a free account with no credit card and the template opens in your canvas. Build and Dry Run it free; run it live on any paid plan from $39/mo.
Which AI model does it use?
Whichever provider you connect. The AI step uses the default model of your connected provider (any of 14, on your own key), and you can pick a different model for each step.
Can I test it before it touches real data?
Yes. Dry Run walks through every step with simulated AI and app calls, so you can see the path it takes before you activate the trigger.
