Setup checklist
Before you switch it on.
The canvas highlights anything still missing, and Dry Run works before any of this is done.
- Send new hires from your HR system or a form to the workflow's webhook URL.
- Connect an AI provider in Settings → AI Providers.
- Create a Notion integration token, save it as a Bearer credential, share your people database with it and replace YOUR_DATABASE_ID.
- Connect Slack and pick the connection and channel in “Ping IT in Slack”.
