Sound familiar?
The job, before and after this agent.
What it feels like today
- “We hear about a skipped oven from an angry review.”
- “Supervisors can't see which visits had damage or access problems.”
- “We ask for reviews after every visit, including the bad ones.”
What you get with the agent
- Each crew form compared with your checklist for that service type; missed items, damage and access problems flagged.
- Flagged visits sent to your supervisors' Slack channel before the customer hears anything.
- Clean visits get an email listing only the tasks actually ticked, with replies to your office.
- Two days later, a short feedback check-in with your review link.
Before
The crew skipped the inside of the fridge. The customer notices, and posts a two-star review the same day your review request lands.
After
The form shows the fridge wasn't ticked, a supervisor sees it in Slack and calls ahead, and no review request goes out for that visit.
How it works
The whole workflow, step by step.
Starts from each new row your crew's end-of-visit form adds to its sheet (address, service type, checklist ticks, issues, photo links). AI compares it with your checklist for that service and flags missed items, damage and access problems. Flagged visits go to your supervisors' Slack channel before the customer hears anything. Clean visits get a “your home is done” email listing only the ticked tasks, and two days later a short feedback and review request. It trusts the crew's form and doesn't look at photos; damage claims follow your own process. Not the Housecall Pro job review request agent (that one uses invoices and SMS). Waits last at most 30 days.

This is the workflow that opens in your workspace when you set the agent up. Every step can be edited.
- Step 1Crew's end-of-visit formStarts a run for each row your crew's end-of-visit form adds to its sheet (address, service type, checklist ticks, issues, photo links), checked on your plan's schedule interval.
- Step 2Check the visit against your checklistAI compares the crew's ticks with your checklist for that service and flags missed items, damage, access problems and anything else your rules call an issue. Clean visits get the “your home is done” email and the follow-up request.
- Step 3Anything to flag?Missed items, damage, access problems or anything unclear go to the supervisor first and the customer isn't emailed; clean visits get the “done” email.
- Step 4Alert the supervisorPosts the visit, the missed items and issues in the crew's words and the photo links to your supervisors' Slack channel. The customer isn't emailed.
- Step 5Sent to the supervisorThe run history keeps the form and the alert; the supervisor contacts the customer.
- Step 6Email “your home is done”Emails the customer what was done today (only the ticked checklist items), with replies going to your office.
- Step 7Wait 2 daysPauses the run for 2 days before asking for feedback.
- Step 8Ask for feedback and a reviewAsks how the clean held up, invites a reply with anything to fix, and links your review page.
- Step 9Done and followed upThe run history keeps both emails.

Example with fictional data
Comes in
Fictional form: Team B, deep clean at 27 Birchwood Lane, every checklist item ticked, no issues reported.
The agent produces
A your-home-is-done email listing the kitchen, bathrooms, inside of the oven and fridge and the rest of the ticked tasks, then a feedback and review note 2 days later.

Is it a fit?
Who it's for, and what it won't do.

What it doesn't do
- It trusts the crew's form and doesn't look at photos.
- Damage claims follow your own process; the supervisor contacts the customer.
- It isn't the Housecall Pro / SMS job review request agent: it works from your own form and email.
- Wait steps last at most 30 days (this one waits 2 days); rows already in the sheet before activation aren't processed.

FAQ
Questions about Cleaning Job Quality Check.
Does it check the photos?
No. It trusts the crew's form and passes the photo links to the supervisor. Damage claims follow your own process.
Is this the review text agent?
No. That one starts from Housecall Pro invoices and sends texts. This one checks your crew's own form first and emails only clean visits.
How long is setup?
About 15 minutes: connect Google Sheets and Slack, pick the crew's form sheet, paste your checklists, add your office inbox and run a Dry Run.
What does it cost?
A one-time unlock that never renews. Live runs need a paid plan and your own AI key; Dry Run is free.
What should the crew's form ask?
Customer, customer email, address, service type, a checklist (one tick per task), anything not done and why, issues (damage, access, supplies) and photo links. A Google Form writing to a sheet works well.
Does it look at the photos?
No. It trusts the crew's form and passes the photo links to the supervisor.
Is this the same as the job review request agent?
No. That one starts from Housecall Pro invoices and texts; this one checks the crew's form first and only follows up visits that are clean.
Is this a subscription?
No. Cleaning Job Quality Check is a one-time purchase of $89 per workspace and never renews. The Enterprise plan includes it at no extra cost. Running it live needs a paid plan (from Basic ($39/mo)), and your AI provider bills you directly for usage.
Can I test it before it touches real data?
Yes. Once it's set up in your workspace, Dry Run plays every step on sample data with simulated AI and app calls: nothing is sent and nothing in your apps changes. Switch the trigger on only when you're happy.
