Sound familiar?
The job, before and after this agent.
What it feels like today
- “Our follow-up sequence lives in someone's head and gets sent whenever they remember.”
- “Generic templates get ignored, but personalizing every email by hand doesn't scale.”
- “Full marketing automation tools feel like overkill for a few dozen contacts a week.”
What you get with the agent
- Every 15 minutes on weekdays, the next contact whose send date has arrived gets their next step.
- Each email written from the sequence plan you describe, personalized with their name, company and notes, without inventing offers.
- The step, next send date, status and the email itself saved on the contact's Notion row before sending.
- Contacts marked Done when the sequence ends; change Status to Paused to stop anyone.
- Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribed contacts are skipped.
Before
Trial signups get one welcome email, then silence, because the person meant to send day 3 and day 7 follow-ups is busy.
After
Each new trial goes into Notion with a start date. Day 3 and day 7 emails go out on time, each mentioning their company and use case, and replies land in your inbox.
How it works
The whole workflow, step by step.
Your contacts live in a Notion database with their sequence (Track), the step they're on and the date their next email is due. Every 15 minutes on weekdays it takes the next contact due, AI writes that step's email from the sequence plan you describe, personalized with their name, company and notes, records the step and next send date on the row, then emails it with replies going to your inbox. Contacts are marked Done when their sequence ends; set a contact's Status to Paused to stop them. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.

This is the workflow that opens in your workspace when you set the agent up. Every step can be edited.
- Step 1Every 15 minutes on weekdaysChecks for the next contact due an email every 15 minutes, 8:00–18:45 on weekdays (about 40 emails a day at most). Change the schedule to send more or less often.
- Step 2Find the next contact dueLooks in your Notion contacts database for the active contact whose “Next send” date has come, oldest first.
- Step 3Write the next emailAI picks the contact's next step in their sequence, writes a personal email for it and works out when the following step is due.
- Step 4Send, finish or nothing due?Sends the email when one is due, closes the contact when their sequence is over or needs a person, and stops when nobody is due.
- Step 5Record the step in NotionBefore sending, saves the new step, the next send date, the status and the email's subject and text on the contact's row, so the same step is never sent twice.
- Step 6Email the contactOnce the step is saved on the row, sends the email the AI wrote to the contact, with replies going to your inbox. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and people who unsubscribed are skipped.
- Step 7Close the contact in NotionSets the contact's Status to Done (sequence over) or Needs review (unknown track) so they leave the queue.
- Step 8Nobody dueNothing to send this time; the run history keeps the check.
Example run
What goes in, and what comes out.
Example with fictional data
Comes in
Notion row: Sam at Acme Bakery Supply, Track Trial onboarding, Step 1, Next send today, Notes: wants to track wholesale orders.
The agent produces
Step 2 email: subject about tracking wholesale orders in five minutes, a short personal note pointing to the order-tracking guide from your plan. Row updated to Step 2, next send in 4 days, email saved. Sent with reply-to your inbox.

Checklist
- A paid plan (agents run live on paid plans; workflow emails count toward your plan's daily email limit).
- An AI provider key (Settings → AI Providers).
- Notion, connected in Settings → Integrations, with a contacts database set up as described in the setup steps.
- Your sequences written down: steps, goals, links and the days to wait between steps.
Setup, about 25 minutes
- Connect your AI provider. The AI steps run on your own key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and more). Add one in Settings → AI Providers.
- Connect Notion. Connect Notion and share your contacts database with Fluxo Flow (••• → Connections in Notion).
- Describe your product and sequences. Open “Write the next email” and replace the placeholder with your product, sender name and each sequence's steps, links and waits.
- Pick the Notion contacts database. Open “Find the next contact due” and pick your account and database, then pick the same account in “Record the step in Notion” and “Close the contact in Notion”. The property names must match exactly (Name, Email, Company, Track, Step, Next send, Status, Notes, Subject, Message).
- Add your reply-to address. Open “Email the contact” and enter the address replies should go to.
- Test it with Dry Run. Press Dry Run: the agent runs on sample data with no messages sent and nothing written to your apps.
- Switch the trigger on. Open the trigger, set your time zone and switch the schedule on. Then add contacts with Status Active and Next send set to the day they should start.
Is it a fit?
Who it's for, and what it won't do.
Built for
- Small B2B teams nurturing trials and demo requests
- Consultants following up event and webinar leads
- Founders who already live in Notion
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't read your inbox, so it doesn't notice replies: set a contact's Status to Paused to stop them.
- It doesn't track opens or clicks, or A/B test subject lines or send times.
- It doesn't send from your own Gmail or Outlook address; emails come from your workspace's sender with your reply-to.
- It isn't for bulk newsletters or cold lists: one personal email per run, to contacts you add.
We list the limits up front so you can decide before you buy.

FAQ
Questions about Email Drip Campaign Manager.
Does it stop when someone replies?
Not by itself, because it doesn't read your inbox. Set that contact's Status to Paused and they get no more emails. Unsubscribes are skipped automatically.
Is it a newsletter or cold email tool?
No. It sends one personal email per run, about 40 a day at most, to contacts you add. It doesn't track opens or clicks, and emails come from your workspace's sender with your reply-to.
How long is setup?
About 25 minutes: connect Notion, set up the contacts database as described, and write your sequence steps, goals and wait days.
Is it worth the price?
A one-time price that never renews, versus remembering and writing each follow-up yourself. Live runs need a paid plan and your own AI provider key; workflow emails count toward your plan's daily limit.
How do contacts get into the sequence?
Add rows to the Notion database: by hand, a CSV import, a Notion form, or another workflow. Set Status to Active and Next send to the start date.
Is this a subscription?
No. Email Drip Campaign Manager is a one-time purchase of $69 per workspace and never renews. The Enterprise plan includes it at no extra cost. Running it live needs a paid plan (from Basic ($39/mo)), and your AI provider bills you directly for usage.
Can I test it before it touches real data?
Yes. Once it's set up in your workspace, Dry Run plays every step on sample data with simulated AI and app calls: nothing is sent and nothing in your apps changes. Switch the trigger on only when you're happy.
