Sound familiar?
The job, before and after this agent.
What it feels like today
- “We're spending real money on ads and nobody has time to look at the numbers properly.”
- “An ad set burned budget for two weeks with zero conversions before anyone noticed.”
- “Every platform reports differently, so comparing them takes an afternoon of spreadsheets.”
What you get with the agent
- CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS computed per campaign, ad set or ad from the sheet where your exports land.
- Every number compared with the targets you set.
- Clear recommendations: what to pause, what to scale, which creatives look fatigued and up to three budget shifts.
- Tracking that looks broken flagged, quoting the numbers that gave it away.
- The full review emailed to whoever manages your ads, with money-wasting ads posted to Slack.
Before
The owner glances at the Meta dashboard once a month, sees spend went up, and has no idea which ads are working.
After
Monday morning, the review says pause two ad sets with spend and no conversions, move budget to the LinkedIn campaign beating the CPA target, and check a campaign whose conversions suddenly dropped to zero.
How it works
The whole workflow, step by step.
Every Monday it reads the Google Sheet tab where your ad exports land (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn or any platform). AI works out CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS (every figure recalculated in code), compares them with your targets and recommends what to pause, what to scale, which creatives look fatigued, where to move budget and which tracking looks broken, quoting your numbers. The review is emailed to whoever manages your ads, and ads wasting money right now are posted to Slack. It doesn't connect to the ad platforms; you make the changes.

This is the workflow that opens in your workspace when you set the agent up. Every step can be edited.
- Step 1Every Monday at 8:00Runs once a week, after last week's numbers are in the sheet. Switch it to daily if your export refreshes daily.
- Step 2Read your ad performance sheetReads the tab where your Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn exports land: campaign, ad set, ad, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and value.
- Step 3Find waste, winners and fatigueAI works out CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS per row (rechecked in code in the next step), compares them with your targets and writes prioritized recommendations: what to pause, scale, refresh and where to move budget.
- Step 4Check the mathRecalculates every row's CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS and the total spend, conversions, revenue, blended CPA and ROAS in code — not by AI — writes the correct figures into the review and the Slack alert, and flags anything the AI got wrong.
- Step 5Email the reviewEmails the full review with the recommended changes to your marketing lead.
- Step 6Money being wasted? When an ad is spending well over your target with no conversions, or tracking looks broken, the team also gets a Slack alert.
- Step 7Alert the team in SlackPosts the ads wasting money and any tracking problems to your marketing channel.
- Step 8Nothing urgentThe run history keeps the review for your records.

The agent produces

Is it a fit?
Who it's for, and what it won't do.
Built for
- Small businesses running their own paid ads
- Marketing managers juggling several ad platforms
- Agencies wanting a first-pass weekly review per client
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't connect to Google Ads, Meta or LinkedIn, so it can't pull data or change campaigns, budgets or ads; you make the changes.
- It only sees the columns in your sheet: no audiences, placements or creative images unless they're there.
- Its recommendations are only as reliable as your conversion tracking and the amount of data per row.
We list the limits up front so you can decide before you buy.

FAQ
Questions about Ad Performance Reviewer.
Will it change my ads?
No. It has no access to your ad accounts. It reads your exported numbers and recommends changes; you decide and make them.
How good are the recommendations?
They're only as reliable as your conversion tracking and the data in each row, and it quotes the numbers behind every call so you can check. It only sees the columns in your sheet.
What do I need?
Google Sheets and Slack, plus your ad numbers in a sheet refreshed weekly, from scheduled reports, an add-on or a pasted export. Setup takes about 20 minutes.
Is it worth the price?
A one-time price that never renews, against an analyst's weekly review. Live runs need a paid plan and your own AI provider key; Dry Run is free.
Does it change my ads?
No. It has no access to your ad accounts. It reads your exported numbers and recommends changes; you make them.
Can I run it daily?
Yes, if your sheet refreshes daily: change the trigger's schedule.
Is this a subscription?
No. Ad Performance Reviewer is a one-time purchase of $99 per workspace and never renews. The Enterprise plan includes it at no extra cost. Running it live needs a paid plan (from Basic ($39/mo)), and your AI provider bills you directly for usage.
Can I test it before it touches real data?
Yes. Once it's set up in your workspace, Dry Run plays every step on sample data with simulated AI and app calls: nothing is sent and nothing in your apps changes. Switch the trigger on only when you're happy.
