Recruiting Pipeline Digest · Recruiting & Staffing
Start every Monday's recruiting meeting with the same facts
Every Monday it reads open job orders and new candidates from Bullhorn and posts a digest to Slack: stuck roles, thin candidate flow and next actions per owner.
Can't be bought yet: waiting for Bullhorn approval. It opens for purchase on its own once approved.

Sound familiar?
The job, before and after this agent.
What it feels like today
- “Monday meetings start with everyone pulling their own numbers.”
- “We notice an aging job order when the client calls to complain.”
- “Nobody sees where sourcing is thin until a req goes stale.”
What you get with the agent
- Up to 200 open job orders and the 100 newest candidates read from Bullhorn.
- Open roles and openings, plus new candidates and their sources, summarized.
- Roles that look stuck by your own rule flagged.
- Thin candidate flow against the roles you're filling called out.
- Next actions per owner, posted to your recruiting channel.
Before
The branch manager asks which reqs are stuck. Three recruiters give three answers from three filtered views.
After
At 8am Monday the digest is in Slack: the reqs stuck past your rule, the roles light on new candidates, and next steps by owner.
How it works
The whole workflow, step by step.
Every Monday morning the agent searches Bullhorn for your open job orders (up to 200) and the 100 most recently added candidates. AI summarises the week — open roles and openings, new candidates and their sources, roles that are stuck (open too long or starting soon, worked out in code), where new-candidate flow looks thin for the demand, and next actions per owner — and posts it to your recruiting channel in Slack. It doesn't read submissions or placements, so it's a weekly summary rather than a full analytics report.

This is the workflow that opens in your workspace when you set the agent up. Every step can be edited.
- Step 1Every Monday at 8:00Runs once a week (change the day, time and time zone on the trigger).
- Step 2Read open job ordersSearches Bullhorn for open job orders (newest first, up to 200): title, client, openings, status, owner and dates.
- Step 3Read the newest candidatesSearches Bullhorn for the most recently added candidates (up to 100): name, title, status, source, owner and date added.
- Step 4Find this week's new candidatesIn code, not AI: keeps the candidates whose date added is in the last 7 days (in the trigger's time zone) and counts them. Change the window here (within.min).
- Step 5Find roles open too longIn code, not AI: keeps the open job orders added more than 21 days ago, with how many days each has been open. Change the 21 here (olderThan).
- Step 6Find roles starting soonIn code, not AI: keeps the open job orders whose start date has passed or is within 7 days. Change the 7 here (within.max).
- Step 7Write the pipeline digestAI summarises the open roles and the past week's new candidates into gaps, stuck roles and next actions per owner. Which candidates are new and which roles are stuck was worked out in code.
- Step 8Post the digest in SlackPosts the weekly digest to your recruiting channel.
- Step 9Digest postedThe run history keeps every digest.
Example run
What goes in, and what comes out.
Example with fictional data
Comes in
Fictional Monday: 38 open job orders, 72 candidates added this week, most of them from job boards.
The agent produces
The digest flags the reqs with no new candidates in two weeks (your rule), notes forklift roles in Fort Worth are thin on new flow, and lists next actions for each recruiter.
What you need
Everything it takes to run it.
About 10 minutes from purchase to live. A checklist above the canvas takes you through each step.
Plan
Included in Enterprise; on other paid plans it's $79 once. Agents run live on paid plans, from Basic ($39/mo).
Your AI key
Connect any of 14 AI providers on your own key. Your provider bills usage directly, at cost; we add no markup.
Checklist
- A paid plan (agents run live on paid plans).
- An AI provider key (Settings → AI Providers).
- Bullhorn and Slack, connected in Settings → Integrations.
Setup, about 10 minutes
- Connect your AI provider. The AI steps run on your own key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and more). Add one in Settings → AI Providers.
- Connect Bullhorn. Connect Bullhorn (Settings → Integrations → Bullhorn) with your API credentials; the API user needs read access to job orders and candidates.
- Connect Slack. Connect the Slack workspace your recruiters use (Settings → Integrations → Slack).
- Describe your desk. Open “Write the pipeline digest” and replace the placeholder with who reads it and your priorities. To change when a role counts as stuck, edit “Find roles open too long” and “Find roles starting soon”.
- Pick your Bullhorn account. Pick your Bullhorn account on “Read open job orders” and “Read the newest candidates”.
- Pick the Slack account and channel. Open “Post the digest in Slack” and pick your account and channel. Invite the app to private channels first (/invite @Fluxo Flow).
- Test it with Dry Run. Press Dry Run: the agent runs on sample data with no messages sent and nothing written to your apps.
- Switch the trigger on. Open the trigger, check the day, time and time zone, and switch the schedule on.
Is it a fit?
Who it's for, and what it won't do.
Built for
- Staffing agency branch managers
- Recruiting team leads on Bullhorn
- Agency owners
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't read submissions, interviews or placements, so it can't report per-job pipeline stages — it's a summary, not a full analytics report.
- It reads up to Bullhorn's search page size per query (200 job orders, 100 candidates); bigger desks see the newest records only, and the digest says so.
- It doesn't change anything in Bullhorn.
We list the limits up front so you can decide before you buy.

FAQ
Questions about Recruiting Pipeline Digest.
Which apps does it need?
Bullhorn and Slack. The agent's page shows whether each app is ready to connect.
Is it a full analytics report?
No. It doesn't read submissions, interviews or placements, so it's a weekly summary. Larger desks see the newest records only, and the digest says when a list was cut off.
Does it change anything in Bullhorn?
No. It only reads from Bullhorn and posts to Slack.
Setup and cost?
About 10 minutes once Bullhorn is connected. A one-time unlock that never renews; live runs need a paid plan and your own AI key.
Does it see submissions and placements?
No. It reads open job orders and the newest candidates. Pipeline stages per job (submissions, interviews, placements) aren't part of the digest.
How many records does it read?
Up to 200 open job orders and the 100 newest candidates per run. The digest says when a list was cut off.
How does it decide a role is stuck?
In code, not by the AI: a role is stuck when it has been open more than 21 days (“Find roles open too long”) or its start date has passed or is within 7 days (“Find roles starting soon”). New candidates are those added in the last 7 days. Change the numbers in those steps.
Is this a subscription?
No. Recruiting Pipeline Digest is a one-time purchase of $79 per workspace and never renews. The Enterprise plan includes it at no extra cost. Running it live needs a paid plan (from Basic ($39/mo)), and your AI provider bills you directly for usage.
Can I test it before it touches real data?
Yes. Once it's set up in your workspace, Dry Run plays every step on sample data with simulated AI and app calls: nothing is sent and nothing in your apps changes. Switch the trigger on only when you're happy.
