White label
Also called: white labeling, rebrandable software, reseller platform
White-label software is a product built by one company that another company resells under its own brand, name and domain, with the original vendor hidden from the end customer.
For agencies, white-labeling turns a tool you use into a product you sell. The client logs in to "Acme Automations", not to the vendor, and the relationship, the pricing and the support stay with the agency.
What should be branded
A real white label covers more than a logo:
- the app's name, logo, colors and favicon,
- your own domain (app.youragency.com),
- emails sent from your own domain,
- support and documentation links,
- no vendor pricing or checkout visible to clients.
Business models
- Wholesale + markup. The vendor bills the agency a wholesale price per client; the agency charges what it likes.
- Bundled retainer. The platform cost disappears into a monthly service fee for building and maintaining automations.
- Embedded (OEM). Software companies embed a white-labeled builder in their own product; this is a separate, usually far pricier, product class.
What to check before you commit
Per-client isolation (workspace isolation), what happens to client data if you stop reselling, logged support access, and the price at your real client count, not just the entry plan. Our white-label platforms comparison lays the options side by side, including cheaper ones.
In Fluxo Flow
The Fluxo Flow Partner plan ($699/mo, 5 client workspaces included) puts your brand on the app, emails, domain and email sender, adds a partner dashboard, and bills extra client workspaces at wholesale prices below retail. AI runs on a shared key or each client's own key with no markup. Applications are reviewed by a person.
