White-label automation platforms compared: agency plans, embedded iPaaS and CRM suites

"White-label automation" covers three very different products: agency plans that put your brand on a workflow app, embedded integration platforms for software companies, and CRM suites you can rebrand. Here's what each costs and who it's for.

Vendor details last checked October 4, 2026 on their official pages. We make Fluxo Flow, so we're not neutral; every competitor fact links to its source.

In short

White-label automation ranges from about $79/mo (TaskJuice Starter, billed annually) and $97/mo (HighLevel Starter, a CRM suite) to $3,000+/mo for embedded iPaaS (Albato Embedded) and from $36k a year (Activepieces Embed); n8n requires an Enterprise or Embed licence through sales. The Fluxo Flow Partner plan is $699/mo with 5 client workspaces included and extra clients at wholesale prices. It isn't the cheapest entry point; it's built for agencies that run AI workflows for many clients. Prices checked October 4, 2026.

Agency white-label workflow apps

Your clients log in to a workflow app with your name on it. You manage their workspaces and bill them yourself.

Fluxo Flow Partner plan

Agencies running AI workflows for clients
What you pay for
App, emails, domain, sender
Price (checked October 4, 2026)
$699/mo or $6,990/yr, 5 client workspaces included

We make this one. You get your name, logo and colors across the app and emails, the app on your own subdomain, email from your own sending domain, a partner dashboard across all clients, and read-only, time-limited, logged support access. 5 client workspaces are included; extra client workspaces are billed at wholesale (Basic $31, Pro $95, Business $189, Elite $411 per month), below our retail prices, and you set what clients pay. AI runs on one shared key or each client's own key, with no markup. Applications are reviewed by a person.

Where it's weaker: it costs more to start than TaskJuice or HighLevel's Starter plan, our integration catalog is smaller, and it's hosted only. See the Partner program for the full price table and a worked margin example.

TaskJuice

Cheapest agency white-label entry
What you pay for
Branding; domain and portal from Growth
Price (checked October 4, 2026)
Starter $79/mo billed annually (3 workspaces, white-label branding)[1]

TaskJuice prices by workspaces, active workflows and compute hours. Starter ($79/mo billed annually) includes white-label branding and 3 workspaces; Growth ($199/mo) adds a custom domain and a client portal across 10 workspaces; Scale ($399/mo) adds white-label emails and client billing with unlimited workspaces. Bring your own AI key is on every plan.

Where it beats Fluxo Flow: a much lower entry price for a handful of clients, and client billing on Scale. Compare carefully: compute-hour and active-workflow limits per plan, and which plan includes the custom domain and branded email you need.

CRM and marketing suites with white label

If your agency sells marketing more than automation, a rebrandable CRM may be the better product.

HighLevel (GoHighLevel)

Marketing agencies selling a CRM
What you pay for
Custom domain; white-label app as add-on
Price (checked October 4, 2026)
Starter $97/mo (3 sub-accounts); Unlimited $297/mo; Agency Pro $497/mo (SaaS mode)[2]

HighLevel is a CRM and marketing suite (funnels, messaging, calendars, pipelines) with its own workflow builder. A custom domain is available on every plan; the white-label desktop and mobile apps are add-ons ($497/mo each) or part of Enterprise; SaaS mode, which lets you resell it as your own software, is on Agency Pro.

Where it beats Fluxo Flow: a full CRM and marketing stack under your brand, with unlimited sub-accounts from $297/mo. Where it doesn't: it's a CRM first, not a general workflow canvas with AI on your own key and a review queue. If you already sell HighLevel, our GoHighLevel connector (beta) can add AI steps and approvals around it.

Embedded iPaaS for software companies

If you're a SaaS company that wants integrations inside your own product, these are a different class of product, priced accordingly.

Albato Embedded

SaaS products embedding integrations
What you pay for
Full white label from Pro
Price (checked October 4, 2026)
Starter from $3,000/mo (no white-labeling); Pro from $5,000/mo[3]

Albato Embedded charges a monthly platform fee plus a usage fee based on active users or connectors. Full white labeling, including a white-labeled OAuth experience, starts on Pro.

Who it's for: software companies putting an integration marketplace inside their own app. It isn't built for agencies managing client automations.

Activepieces Embed

SaaS products embedding a builder
What you pay for
Builder inside your product
Price (checked October 4, 2026)
From $36k a year[4]

Activepieces Embed puts its open-source builder inside your product under your brand. The community edition stays MIT licensed if you'd rather self-host and build around it yourself.

Who it's for: software teams that want an embedded automation builder. See Fluxo Flow vs Activepieces for the workflow-tool comparison.

n8n Enterprise and Embed

Self-hosting agencies and SaaS embedding
What you pay for
Depends on licence
Price (checked October 4, 2026)
Through n8n sales[5]

n8n's help center is explicit: hosting and managing your clients' workflows and credentials in your own n8n instance needs an Enterprise licence, and embedding n8n so clients use it under your brand needs an Embed licence. Helping clients run their own instances needs no licence on your side.

Who it's for: agencies with the engineering time to self-host, and SaaS companies embedding workflows. Prices aren't published.

What "white label" should include, and what to check

Before comparing prices, check what you're actually getting under your brand. Our checklist:

CheckWhy it matters
App UI: name, logo, colors, faviconThe minimum. Ask whether sign-in and error pages are branded too.
Your own domain (app.youragency.com)Without it, clients see the vendor's URL in every link.
Email from your own sending domainRun alerts and invites otherwise come from the vendor's address.
One workspace per client, isolatedCredentials, AI keys and run history must never mix between clients.
Your pricing, your invoiceClients shouldn't see the vendor's prices or checkout.
Logged support accessYou need to troubleshoot; clients need to see when you did.
An exit pathWhat happens to client data if you stop being a partner?

Then price it at your real client count. A plan that's cheap at three clients can get expensive at twenty, and the reverse.

A worked example: what twelve clients cost

Say you manage twelve clients on Fluxo Flow at Pro-level limits. 5 are included in the $699 Partner plan; the other 7 are $95 each at wholesale, so your platform cost is $1,364/mo, or $114 per client. AI is billed by the provider to whoever owns the key. What you charge on top for building and caring for the workflows is yours. Our guide to pricing automation services covers retainers, and what white-labeling really costs runs the same math across vendors.

Why we don't say "cheapest"

Because it isn't true. TaskJuice and HighLevel start lower, and self-hosted tools can cost only your servers if you have the people to run them. What we can say: Fluxo Flow gives each client a real workspace at wholesale prices, keeps AI at cost on your key or theirs, and puts a review queue between the AI and your clients' customers. If that's the job, see AI automation agency software.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can you white-label Zapier?

We found no white-label or reseller plan for agencies on Zapier's pricing page when we checked.

Can you white-label n8n?

Not on the free licence. n8n's help center says hosting your clients' workflows in your own instance needs an Enterprise licence, and white-labeling or embedding needs an Embed licence, both through n8n sales.

What's the cheapest white-label automation platform?

Among the vendors we checked, TaskJuice Starter ($79/mo billed annually) and HighLevel Starter ($97/mo, a CRM suite) had the lowest entry prices. Compare limits too: workspaces, active workflows, compute and which plan includes a custom domain and branded email.

What's the difference between white-label and embedded iPaaS?

White-label agency plans give you a branded workflow app to run your clients' automations. Embedded iPaaS (Albato Embedded, Activepieces Embed, n8n Embed) puts integrations or a builder inside your own software product, and is priced for software companies.

Do clients see Fluxo Flow on the Partner plan?

No, unless you choose to show it: the app, emails, domain and support links carry your brand, and the "Powered by" note is optional. Clients never see our pricing or checkout.
