For AI automation agencies

Build, run and resell AI automations. Under your own brand.

One platform for the whole agency model: build workflows on a canvas, keep each client in its own workspace with its own AI key, let clients approve AI output before it reaches their customers, and white-label the lot.

In short

Fluxo Flow gives AI automation agencies a hosted workflow canvas with a workspace per client, AI steps on the client's own key (or a shared key) from 14 providers at the provider's price, and a Review Queue where clients approve AI output. The Partner plan ($699/mo, 5 client workspaces included) adds full white label and wholesale prices for extra clients.

What changes

Less copying, chasing and checking.

  • Today

Every client's automations live in a different tool, login and billing account.

    With Fluxo Flow

Each client gets a workspace you can switch to from the top bar. On the Partner plan, a dashboard shows every client's health, failed runs and billing in one place.

  • Today

AI usage is a margin leak: you either mark up tokens and explain it, or absorb the overage.

    With Fluxo Flow

AI steps run on a key: the client's own, or a shared one you manage. The provider bills the key owner at its price, and every server run stops if its estimated AI cost passes a per-run cap.

  • Today

Clients don't trust an AI to email their customers or update their CRM.

    With Fluxo Flow

Put a Human Review step before anything customer-facing. Invite the client's approver as a Support Agent: they approve, edit or reject in the Review Queue without touching your workflows.

  • Today

Per-task pricing makes every quote a guess.

    With Fluxo Flow

Plans are priced by workflows and seats, never by runs or steps, so a retainer doesn't change when a client's volume does.

Example workflows

Four workflows you could build this week.

Each one uses nodes that exist on the canvas today. Start from a blank canvas or a marketplace agent and adapt it.

Human in the loop

What the client should always approve

Put a Human Review step in front of these. The run waits in the Review Queue until someone approves, edits or rejects it.

  • Anything sent to the client's customers: emails, replies, texts
  • Changes to deal stages, amounts or owners in their CRM
  • Refunds, credits, discounts and anything involving money
  • AI output that states a fact the model couldn't check

Details

How the agency model works here.

  • Build fee + care retainer + AI at cost

Charge for the build, then a monthly retainer for monitoring and changes. AI is billed by the provider on the client's key, so it never sits on your margin.

  • One template, many clients

Start from a free template, adapt it once, then duplicate it into each client workspace and point it at that client's apps and key.

  • Troubleshoot without logins

On the Partner plan, open a client workspace read-only for an hour. The client can switch it off, and each visit lands in their activity log.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Can each client use its own OpenAI or Anthropic key?

Yes. Each workspace connects its own AI provider keys, so usage is billed to the client by the provider at its price. On the Partner plan you can also set one shared key that client workspaces fall back to. Any of 14 providers works, including any OpenAI-compatible endpoint.

Do my clients see Fluxo Flow?

On the Partner plan, no: the app, emails, domain and support links carry your brand, and the "Powered by" note is optional. On regular plans, clients see Fluxo Flow.

Do I need the Partner plan to work with clients?

No. You can give each client a workspace on a regular plan and switch between them. The Partner plan adds white label, the partner dashboard, support access and wholesale prices, which start paying off once you manage several clients.

What can't it do yet?

It's hosted only (no self-hosting), it has far fewer native integrations than Zapier or Make (anything with an API works over HTTP), review alerts are in-app only, and there's no SOC 2 report. If a client needs any of those, tell them up front.

How should I price AI automation work?

Most agencies charge a one-time build fee per workflow and a monthly care retainer, and pass AI through at cost on the client's key. Our guide on pricing automation services works through the numbers.
