Files & storage integration
OneDrive & SharePoint integration for AI workflows.
Drop exports, reports and paperwork into OneDrive or SharePoint, and react to new files.
In short
Fluxo Flow connects to OneDrive & SharePoint by signing in to Microsoft 365; workflows can save a file from text, create a folder and list files in a folder and more, and start from new file in a folder. The integration is in beta.
Beta means it works but hasn't been tested against every account setup yet; actions and fields may still change. Found a problem? Tell us.
What you can do
Actions and triggers for OneDrive & SharePoint.
Actions
Save a file from text
Saves text from the run (CSV, notes, HTML, JSON…) as a file in a folder. Up to 4 MB.
Create a folder
Creates a folder inside another folder.
List files in a folder
Lists the files and folders in a folder (up to 200).
Create a sharing link
Creates a view or edit link for a file or folder (anyone with the link, or people in your organisation).
Find SharePoint libraries
Lists the document libraries (drives) of a SharePoint site, to use their drive id in other steps.
Triggers
New file in a folder (checked on your plan's schedule interval)
Starts a run for each new file in a folder (checked on your plan's schedule interval). Works best on an “inbox” folder with fewer than 200 items — Microsoft lists at most 200 items per check, sorted by name.
How to connect
Connect OneDrive & SharePoint in a minute.
Connects by signing in to Microsoft 365. Tokens are encrypted and renewed automatically.
- Open Settings → Integrations and click Connect on OneDrive & SharePoint.
- Sign in with your Microsoft 365 (work or personal) account and accept the permissions.
- Pick your OneDrive (or paste a SharePoint library's drive id) and a folder in a workflow step.
Permissions & limits
What it can access, and how fast it runs.
Permissions requested
Save files, create folders, list files, sharing links and the New file trigger — in OneDrive and SharePoint libraries you can access
Files.ReadWrite.All
List SharePoint sites (Find SharePoint libraries)
Sites.Read.All
Show which Microsoft account is connected; stay connected
User.Read, offline_access
Limits and timing
- Polling triggers are checked on your plan's schedule interval: Basic every 15 minutes, Pro every 5 minutes, Business every 2 minutes, Elite every minute.
- OneDrive & SharePoint triggers check at most every 2 minutes, whatever your plan, to respect OneDrive & SharePoint's limits.
- If OneDrive & SharePoint says to slow down (HTTP 429 or 503), requests wait as told and retry a limited number of times.
FAQ
OneDrive & SharePoint questions, answered.
Can I upload PDFs or images?
Not yet — files are created from text in the run (CSV, plain text, HTML, JSON, Markdown), up to 4 MB.
How does the new-file trigger work?
It checks the folder on your plan's schedule interval and starts one run per new file. Microsoft returns at most 200 items per check, so watch a folder that doesn't grow without limit (move processed files elsewhere).
Which SharePoint sites can it use?
Any site the connected person can open. Use Find SharePoint libraries to get a library's drive id.
Is the OneDrive & SharePoint integration finished?
It's in beta: it works, but it hasn't been tested against every account setup yet. Tell us if something doesn't behave as expected.
Can I use OneDrive & SharePoint on the Free plan?
You can connect it, build with it and Dry Run on the Free plan. Running workflows live (triggers, schedules, webhooks) needs a paid plan.
What happens if the connection expires?
Access tokens are renewed automatically. If OneDrive & SharePoint revokes access (for example, the person who connected it leaves), steps that use the connection fail and show the error in the run trace; reconnect in Settings → Integrations.
Can I call OneDrive & SharePoint endpoints the integration doesn't cover?
Yes, if OneDrive & SharePoint has an API: save a key in the encrypted credential vault and call it with an HTTP Request step.
Can I test a workflow without touching my real data?
Yes. Dry Run walks through every step with simulated app calls, so nothing is sent until you run it for real or activate its trigger.
