Creative Brief Intake · Marketing
Every client request becomes a proper brief in Asana, same day
Turns each request from your client form into a structured creative brief, files it as an Asana task, and emails the client the questions you'd otherwise chase for a week.
Can't be bought yet: waiting for Asana approval. It opens for purchase on its own once approved.
- Starts when your form or app sends it something

Sound familiar?
The job, before and after this agent.
What it feels like today
- “Projects start from a two-line email and we discover the missing specs halfway through.”
- “Clients wait days for us to even acknowledge their request.”
- “Requests are scattered across email, Slack and DMs instead of one intake place.”
What you get with the agent
- A structured brief from each request: objective, audience, deliverables and specs, key message, tone, mandatory elements and deadline.
- Up to six clarifying questions, most important first, using only what the client wrote.
- A task with the brief created in the Asana intake project you choose.
- A confirmation email to the client listing the questions, with replies to your studio inbox.
- Unclear, out-of-scope or money questions wait for your approval; switch review on to approve every one.
Before
A client emails asking for launch ads and a landing page. Two days later a designer starts, then stops to ask about sizes, copy and the deadline.
After
Minutes after the form is submitted, Asana has a full brief and the client has a friendly confirmation asking for formats, copy ownership and the approval contact.
How it works
The whole workflow, step by step.
Each request from your client form is turned by AI into a structured creative brief (objective, audience, deliverables and specs, key message, tone, mandatory elements, deadline) using only what the client wrote, with up to six clarifying questions. The brief becomes a task in the Asana intake project you pick, and the client gets a confirmation email listing the questions, with replies going to your studio inbox. Unclear, out-of-scope or money questions wait for approval; you can switch review on for every confirmation. It doesn't assign designers or estimate hours.

- Step 3Create the task in AsanaCreates a task in your intake project with the brief and the open questions.
- Step 4Task createdThe run history keeps the Asana task link.
- Step 5Send the confirmation how?No email address: no confirmation. Routine requests: sent at once. Unclear, out-of-scope or money questions (or every one, if you switch review on): approved first.

- Step 7Approve the confirmationA teammate checks the confirmation and questions in Reviews, edits them if needed and approves.
- Step 8Email the clientEmails the confirmation with the clarifying questions, with replies going to your studio inbox.
- Step 9ConfirmedThe run history keeps the brief and the confirmation.

The agent produces
Asana task with the brief: launch awareness objective, deliverables Instagram and Facebook ads plus landing page. Questions: which ad sizes, who supplies copy, launch date versus deadline, who approves. Budget mentioned, so the confirmation waits for your approval.

FAQ
Questions about Creative Brief Intake.
Which apps does it need?
Asana, where each brief becomes a task. Trello and monday.com versions exist too. The agent's page shows whether each app is ready to connect.
Will it promise the client things we can't do?
No. It never promises prices or dates you haven't written in your studio rules, and money or out-of-scope requests wait for your approval.
Does it assign designers or estimate hours?
No. It creates the task with the brief; your team assigns and estimates. It reads the text and links in the request, not attached files.
Is it worth the price?
A one-time price that never renews. Setup takes about 12 minutes. Live runs need a paid plan and your own AI provider key; Dry Run is free.
Can I approve every confirmation?
Yes. Change “REVIEW EVERY CONFIRMATION: no” to “yes” in the brief step.
Is this a subscription?
No. Creative Brief Intake is a one-time purchase of $79 per workspace and never renews. The Enterprise plan includes it at no extra cost. Running it live needs a paid plan (from Basic ($39/mo)), and your AI provider bills you directly for usage.
Can I test it before it touches real data?
Yes. Once it's set up in your workspace, Dry Run plays every step on sample data with simulated AI and app calls: nothing is sent and nothing in your apps changes. Switch the trigger on only when you're happy.
