Case Study Drafter · Content
Turn happy client feedback into an approved case study draft
When a client fills in your end-of-project form, it drafts a case study from their own words with a verbatim pull quote, and asks the client to approve the quote after marketing signs off.
Free account to start. Buying and running live need a paid plan.
- Starts when your form or app sends it something
- 1 AI step
- A person approves before it acts
- About 12 min to set up
Sound familiar?
The job, before and after this agent.
What it feels like today
- “We have dozens of happy clients and almost no case studies to show for it.”
- “Writing a case study means chasing the client for a call nobody has time for.”
- “I'm nervous about publishing results a client never actually confirmed.”
What you get with the agent
- A case study draft with challenge, solution and results, using only what the client wrote.
- A pull quote copied word for word from their feedback, never invented.
- A list of what to confirm with the client, like numbers, their title or permission.
- The draft saved in your Notion case studies database.
- A permission email asking the client to approve the quote, sent only after marketing approves it.
Before
Great feedback sits in a form response. The case study stays on the someday list for a year.
After
The afternoon the feedback arrives, a draft is in Notion and a polite permission request is waiting for marketing's OK. A week later you have an approved quote.
How it works
The whole workflow, step by step.
When a client submits your end-of-project feedback form, AI writes a case-study draft (challenge, solution, results) using only what the client wrote, with a pull quote copied word for word from their feedback, and lists what to confirm with them, such as numbers or their title. The draft is saved in your Notion case studies database. It also drafts a short email asking the client to approve the quote and attribution; marketing approves it in Reviews before it's sent. It never invents metrics or quotes and never publishes anything.

Example with fictional data
Comes in
Feedback form from the head of e-commerce at Acme Granola: old store slow on mobile, no subscriptions; you rebuilt the store and launched subscriptions; permission to use name and a quote.
The agent produces
Notion draft: challenge, solution, results in the client's words, with a pull quote copied exactly. To confirm: the subscriber number she mentioned and her exact title. Permission email drafted and waiting in Reviews for marketing.

FAQ
Questions about Case Study Drafter.
Will it make up results?
No. It only uses what the client wrote. Missing numbers become questions for the client, and the quote is copied word for word.
Does it publish the case study?
No. The draft stays in Notion; publishing is yours, after the client approves. Their reply comes to your inbox.
What do I need?
Notion with a case studies database, and a feedback form that can post to a webhook. Setup takes about 12 minutes.
Is it worth the price?
A one-time price that never renews, against hours of interviewing and drafting per case study. Live runs need a paid plan and your own AI provider key.
Is this a subscription?
No. Case Study Drafter is a one-time purchase of $89 per workspace and never renews. The Enterprise plan includes it at no extra cost. Running it live needs a paid plan (from Basic ($39/mo)), and your AI provider bills you directly for usage.
Can I test it before it touches real data?
Yes. Once it's set up in your workspace, Dry Run plays every step on sample data with simulated AI and app calls: nothing is sent and nothing in your apps changes. Switch the trigger on only when you're happy.
