Sound familiar?
The job, before and after this agent.
What it feels like today
- “We know short video works, but every week we stare at the camera with no idea what to say.”
- “Our blog posts never get turned into video because scripting takes too long.”
- “Briefing a freelance editor means writing a long email every single time.”
What you get with the agent
- One to three short vertical videos planned per brief, each with a 2-second hook and a timed voiceover script.
- A shot-by-shot storyboard with on-screen text, a shot list and a music mood.
- Captions and hashtags for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- A suggested posting plan from your posting window and a filming checklist.
- Everything saved in Notion and your posting-plan sheet, with the link posted to Slack.
Before
The team films a video, realizes halfway it has no hook, and the blog post that could have been three Reels just sits there.
After
The blog post goes in Monday. By Tuesday morning there are two scripted, storyboarded videos in Notion and someone films both on a phone before lunch.
How it works
The whole workflow, step by step.
Send a topic, a blog post or notes and the agent plans 1–3 short vertical videos: a 2-second hook, a timed voiceover script, a shot-by-shot storyboard with on-screen text, a shot list and a music mood, plus captions and hashtags for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, a suggested posting plan from your posting window and a filming checklist. Everything is saved to a page in your Notion content database and a row in your Google Sheets posting plan, and your team gets the batch title, video count, platforms and the link in Slack; thin briefs go back to Slack with questions. It plans videos for a person to film and edit: it doesn't render or edit video, create voiceovers or music, or post to social apps.

This is the workflow that opens in your workspace when you set the agent up. Every step can be edited.
- Step 1New video briefYour form or content tool posts a topic, a blog post or notes to the workflow's webhook URL, with the platforms and how many videos you want (1–3).
- Step 2Write scripts, storyboards and captionsAI turns the brief into 1–3 ready-to-film short videos: hook, timed voiceover script, shot-by-shot storyboard, on-screen text, captions per platform, hashtags, music mood and a suggested posting plan.
- Step 3Brief usable?Briefs without a usable topic go back to Slack with questions; the rest become a script page in Notion and a row in your posting plan.
- Step 4Ask for a better brief in SlackPosts the topic and the AI's questions to your content channel.
- Step 5Sent back for detailsThe run history keeps the brief and the questions asked.
- Step 6Save scripts and storyboards to NotionCreates a page in your content database with every video's script, storyboard, shot list, captions, the posting plan and a filming checklist.
- Step 7Tell the team the scripts are readyPosts the batch title, topic, number of videos, platforms and the Notion page link to your content channel so a creator can start filming.
- Step 8Scripts deliveredThe run history keeps the scripts.
- Step 9Add the batch to the posting-plan sheetAdds a row to your posting plan in Google Sheets: date, batch title, topic, number of videos, platforms, suggested slots and status “Scripted”.
- Step 10Plan updatedThe run history keeps the posting-plan row that was added.

Is it a fit?
Who it's for, and what it won't do.
Built for
- Small brands and studios posting short video
- Social media managers and content creators
- Gyms, clinics and local businesses with educational content
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't render, edit or export video, and doesn't create voiceovers, b-roll, music or burned-in captions.
- It doesn't post to TikTok, Instagram or YouTube, or schedule posts in a social tool.
- Posting times are starting points from your posting window, not from your accounts' analytics.
- It writes in one language per brief (the brief's language field, otherwise English); it doesn't translate or localize a batch into several languages.
We list the limits up front so you can decide before you buy.
