Sound familiar?

The job, before and after this agent.

What it feels like today

  • “We know we should publish every week, but the blog has been quiet since spring.”
  • “Rewriting one article into five different social posts eats a whole afternoon.”
  • “AI drafts I've tried invent statistics, and I can't publish something I have to fact-check line by line.”

What you get with the agent

  • A complete SEO article with meta title, description, slug and excerpt, written in your brand voice.
  • Posts for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, plus hashtags, a newsletter blurb and image ideas.
  • No invented statistics or quotes: missing facts are marked SOURCE NEEDED and every claim to check is listed.
  • The package saved as a Notion page and added as a row in your Google Sheets content calendar.
  • A second AI pass reviews it like an editor and posts the score, fixes and Notion link to Slack; thin briefs come back with questions.

Before

The marketer stares at a blank document on Thursday, ships one rushed blog post a fortnight, and social channels go quiet in between.

After

Monday's brief becomes a draft article and five platform posts in Notion within minutes. The editor fixes the two flagged claims, schedules everything, and the calendar sheet shows what's coming.

How it works

The whole workflow, step by step.

Send a content brief from your form and the agent writes a complete draft package in your brand voice: an SEO article with meta title, description, slug and excerpt, posts for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, hashtags, a newsletter blurb and image ideas. It never invents statistics: missing facts are marked [SOURCE NEEDED] and every claim to verify is listed. The package is saved to a page in your Notion content database and a row in your Google Sheets content calendar; a second AI pass checks it like an editor and posts the score, the fixes and the link to the Notion page to Slack. Thin briefs go back to Slack with questions. Nothing is published automatically and no images are generated.

This is the workflow that opens in your workspace when you set the agent up. Every step can be edited.

  1. Step 1New content briefYour brief form (Typeform, Tally, Webflow, your intranet…) posts each brief to the workflow's webhook URL: topic, audience, goal, keywords, platforms and any source notes.
  2. Step 2Write the article and social postsAI writes the article (title, SEO meta, slug, excerpt, body), five platform-specific social posts, hashtags, a newsletter blurb and image ideas from the brief and your brand voice, and lists every claim that needs a source.
  3. Step 3Brief clear enough?Briefs missing the facts the piece needs go back to the requester's team in Slack with the AI's questions; complete briefs become drafts.
  4. Step 4Ask for the missing details in SlackPosts the brief's topic, who sent it and the AI's questions to your content channel, so someone fills the gaps and resends the brief.
  5. Step 5Sent back for detailsThe run history keeps the brief and the questions asked.
  6. Step 6Save the draft package to NotionCreates a page in your content database with the article, SEO fields, every social post, hashtags, the newsletter blurb, image ideas and the claims to check.
  7. Step 7Draft savedThe run history keeps the draft package.
  8. Step 8Add it to the content calendar sheetAdds a row to your content calendar in Google Sheets: date added, title, type, primary keyword, target date, requester, word count and status “Draft in Notion”.
  9. Step 9Calendar updatedThe run history keeps the calendar row that was added.
  10. Step 10Editorial checkA second AI pass checks the package like an editor: claims without sources, SEO basics, platform length limits and call to action, and scores it out of 100.
  11. Step 11Tell the content team in SlackOnce the editorial check is done and the Notion page exists, posts the new draft's title, the editorial score, the fixes, the claims to check and the link to the Notion page to your content channel.
  12. Step 12Team notifiedThe run history keeps the editorial check.

Example run

What goes in, and what comes out.

Example with fictional data

Comes in

Brief from Acme Cart: topic how small online shops can cut cart abandonment without discounting, audience Shopify store owners, platforms LinkedIn, X and Instagram, 1,200 words, notes with four points to cover.

The agent produces

Notion page with the article (title, meta, slug, excerpt, body), three platform posts, hashtags, a newsletter blurb and image ideas. One stat in the notes had no source, so it's marked SOURCE NEEDED. Editor score and two fixes posted to Slack with the link; calendar row added.

What you need

Everything it takes to run it.

About 20 minutes from purchase to live. A checklist above the canvas takes you through each step.

Plan

Included in Elite and up; on other paid plans it's $79 once. Agents run live on paid plans, from Basic ($39/mo).

Your AI key

Connect any of 14 AI providers on your own key. Your provider bills usage directly, at cost; we add no markup.

Apps

Checklist

  • A paid plan (agents run live on paid plans; included with Elite).
  • An AI provider key (Settings → AI Providers).
  • Notion, Google Sheets and Slack, connected in Settings → Integrations.
  • A Notion database for drafts and a Google Sheet for the content calendar.
  • A brief form or tool that can send submissions to a webhook URL.

Setup, about 20 minutes

  1. Connect your AI provider. The AI steps run on your own key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and more). Add one in Settings → AI Providers.
  2. Connect Notion. Connect the Notion workspace that holds your content database (Settings → Integrations → Notion), and share the database with Fluxo Flow.
  3. Connect Google Sheets. Connect the Google account that can edit your content calendar (Settings → Integrations → Google Sheets).
  4. Connect Slack. Connect the Slack workspace your content team uses (Settings → Integrations → Slack).
  5. Describe your brand and voice. Open “Write the article and social posts” and replace the placeholder with your brand, audience, tone, call to action and no-go topics. The drafts are only as on-brand as this description.
  6. Pick the Notion database. Open “Save the draft package to Notion” and pick your account and the content database.
  7. Pick the content calendar. Open “Add it to the content calendar sheet”, pick your Google account, paste the spreadsheet link and pick the tab.
  8. Pick the Slack channels. Open the two Slack steps and pick your account and a channel in each (they can be the same). Invite the app to private channels first (/invite @Fluxo Flow).
  9. Test it with Dry Run. Press Dry Run: the agent runs on sample data with no messages sent and nothing written to your apps.
  10. Switch the trigger on. Open the trigger, switch the webhook on and point your brief form at its URL (send the secret in the x-fluxo-secret header).

Is it a fit?

Who it's for, and what it won't do.

Built for

  • Small marketing teams and solo marketers
  • Content agencies producing for several clients
  • Founders who want a steady blog and social presence

What it doesn't do

  • It doesn't publish anything: no WordPress, blog or social posting. A person edits and publishes the drafts.
  • It doesn't create images; it suggests image ideas for a designer or image tool.
  • It doesn't research the web or check facts; it lists the claims an editor must verify.
  • It doesn't schedule posts in a social tool; the target date is recorded in your calendar sheet.

We list the limits up front so you can decide before you buy.

FAQ

Questions about Content Creation Agent.

Does it publish to my blog or social accounts?

No. It writes drafts to Notion and your calendar sheet. A person edits, schedules and publishes, so nothing goes live without you.

Will it make things up?

It's built not to: missing facts are marked SOURCE NEEDED, claims to verify are listed, and a second AI pass checks the draft like an editor. It doesn't research the web, so your source notes matter.

Which apps do I need?

Notion, Google Sheets and Slack, plus a brief form that can send to a webhook. Setup takes about 20 minutes. It suggests image ideas but doesn't create images.

Is it worth the price?

A one-time price that never renews. Weigh it against the hours of drafting and repurposing behind every piece. Live runs need a paid plan and your own AI provider key; Dry Run is free.

Does it make images?

No. It suggests 2–3 image or graphic ideas your designer or image tool can use.

What should the brief contain?

At least a topic. Audience, goal, keywords, platforms, length, target date and source notes make the draft much better; the agent asks in Slack when facts are missing.

Is this a subscription?

No. Content Creation Agent is a one-time purchase of $79 per workspace and never renews. Elite and Enterprise plans include it at no extra cost. Running it live needs a paid plan (from Basic ($39/mo)), and your AI provider bills you directly for usage.

Can I test it before it touches real data?

Yes. Once it's set up in your workspace, Dry Run plays every step on sample data with simulated AI and app calls: nothing is sent and nothing in your apps changes. Switch the trigger on only when you're happy.
