Sound familiar?

The job, before and after this agent.

What it feels like today

  • “We find out a customer is unhappy when they send the cancellation email.”
  • “Our CS team has signals everywhere but no ranked list of who to call.”
  • “Expansion opportunities slip by because nobody spots full seats in time.”

What you get with the agent

  • A weekly 0 to 100 risk score for each account from the usage, seat, support, NPS, renewal and contact signals in your sheet.
  • Every high-risk score explained with the values behind it.
  • One recommended play from your CS playbook per high-risk account, with the account owner.
  • Expansion candidates picked out (seats nearly full, growing usage).
  • A full report saved to Notion and a Slack alert to your CS channel when any account is high risk.

Before

The CS stand-up is a debate about which accounts feel shaky. A customer whose logins dropped off for a month renews with a competitor, and nobody saw it coming.

After

Monday at 7am the CS channel gets a ranked at-risk list: usage down, two open tickets, renewal in 45 days, recommended play and owner. Two accounts are flagged as ready for more seats.

How it works

The whole workflow, step by step.

Every week the agent reads your account health sheet in Google Sheets (usage, seats, support tickets, NPS, renewal date, last contact…) and AI scores each account's churn risk from 0 to 100, weighted by what you say healthy looks like. Every high-risk score is explained with the values behind it and gets one recommended play from your CS playbook and the account owner; expansion candidates (seats nearly full, growing usage) are picked out too. The full report is saved to Notion, and when any account is high risk your CS channel in Slack is alerted. Scores are AI judgments from the signals in your sheet, not a trained statistical model; the agent doesn't connect to product analytics or billing tools directly.

This is the workflow that opens in your workspace when you set the agent up. Every step can be edited.

  1. Step 1Every Monday at 7:00Runs once a week before your CS stand-up (change the schedule and time zone on the trigger).
  2. Step 2Read your account health sheetReads every row of your accounts tab in Google Sheets: one row per customer account with usage, support and renewal columns.
  3. Step 3Work out renewal and contact datesIn code, not AI: adds to every account the days until its renewal (and whether that's within 60 days) and the days since the last contact (and whether that's 60 days or more). No account is dropped. Change the 60s here (within).
  4. Step 4Score churn risk and find expansionAI scores each account's churn risk 0–100 from the signals in your sheet, explains the score, suggests a play for each at-risk account and picks out expansion candidates. Renewal and contact dates are worked out in code first.
  5. Step 5Save the weekly risk report to NotionCreates a page in your Notion database with the summary, the at-risk accounts and their plays, expansion candidates and every account's score.
  6. Step 6Report savedThe run history keeps every weekly report.
  7. Step 7Any high-risk accounts?Weeks with at least one high-risk account page your CS channel in Slack; quiet weeks only get the Notion report.
  8. Step 8Alert customer success in SlackPosts the high-risk accounts with their signals, recommended play and owner, plus expansion candidates, to your CS channel.
  9. Step 9CS alertedThe run history keeps the alert.
  10. Step 10No high-risk accountsNothing posted to Slack this week; the report is in Notion.

Apps

Checklist

  • A paid plan (agents run live on paid plans).
  • An AI provider key (Settings → AI Providers).
  • Google Sheets, Notion and Slack, connected in Settings → Integrations.
  • A Google Sheet with one row per account and its usage and renewal data, kept up to date by export or another workflow.

Setup, about 20 minutes

  1. Connect your AI provider. The AI steps run on your own key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and more). Add one in Settings → AI Providers.
  2. Connect Google Sheets. Connect the Google account that can open your account health sheet (Settings → Integrations → Google Sheets).
  3. Connect Notion. Connect the Notion workspace for the weekly reports (Settings → Integrations → Notion), and share the database with Fluxo Flow.
  4. Connect Slack. Connect the Slack workspace your CS team uses (Settings → Integrations → Slack).
  5. Pick your account health sheet. Open “Read your account health sheet”, pick your Google account, paste the spreadsheet link and pick the tab.
  6. Describe healthy accounts and your plays. Open “Score churn risk and find expansion” and replace the placeholder with your signals, column meanings and CS plays.
  7. Pick the Notion database. Open “Save the weekly risk report to Notion” and pick your account and database.
  8. Pick the Slack account and CS channel. Open “Alert customer success in Slack” and pick your account and channel. Invite the app to private channels first (/invite @Fluxo Flow).

  10. Switch the trigger on. Open the trigger, check the day, time and time zone, and switch the schedule on.

Is it a fit?

Who it's for, and what it won't do.

Built for

  • SaaS customer success teams
  • Account managers with a renewal book
  • Founders handling CS themselves
  • Subscription businesses tracking account health

What it doesn't do

  • It doesn't connect to product analytics, billing or support tools directly; it reads the sheet.
  • It isn't a trained statistical model and can't guarantee a 30-day warning: scores are AI judgments you can check.
  • It doesn't contact customers or create CRM tasks; your CS team runs the plays.
  • It reviews up to a few hundred accounts per run; split larger books into several tabs and copies of the agent.

We list the limits up front so you can decide before you buy.

FAQ

Questions about Churn Risk Watch.

Is this a real prediction model?

No, and it doesn't pretend to be. Scores are AI judgments based on the signals in your sheet and your definition of healthy, and every score is explained so your team can judge it.

Does it connect to my product analytics or billing?

Not directly. It reads a Google Sheet you keep up to date from exports or another workflow. It doesn't contact customers or create CRM tasks; your CS team runs the plays.

How long is setup?

About 20 minutes: connect Google Sheets, Notion and Slack and describe your healthy-account signals and CS plays. To run it live you need a paid plan and your own AI provider key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and others), added in Settings. Dry Run on sample data is free, so you can see real output before you commit.

Is it worth the price?

It's a one-time purchase that never renews. Keeping a single at-risk account usually pays for it many times over.

Where does the usage data come from?

From a Google Sheet you keep up to date: an export from your product analytics, billing or CRM, or another workflow that writes to it. The agent doesn't connect to those tools directly.

Is this a machine-learning model?

No. AI scores each account with the rules and signals you describe, and explains every score so your team can judge it.

Is this a subscription?

No. Churn Risk Watch is a one-time purchase of $149 per workspace and never renews. The Enterprise plan includes it at no extra cost. Running it live needs a paid plan (from Basic ($39/mo)), and your AI provider bills you directly for usage.

Can I test it before it touches real data?

Yes. Once it's set up in your workspace, Dry Run plays every step on sample data with simulated AI and app calls: nothing is sent and nothing in your apps changes. Switch the trigger on only when you're happy.
