A clean daily log on every job, without retyping notes

Sound familiar?

The job, before and after this agent.

What it feels like today

  • “Daily reports come in five formats, or not at all.”
  • “I hear about a three-hour delay a week later, when it matters for a claim.”
  • “Retyping foremen's notes into the project log is nobody's favorite job.”

What you get with the agent

  • Every report structured the same way: crew, work completed, delays with cause and time lost, deliveries, weather, inspections, safety and tomorrow's plan.
  • The foreman's facts copied exactly; blanks marked not reported.
  • The day's entry added to your Notion daily-log database.
  • Delays over your threshold and any injury, near miss or unsafe condition posted to your PMs' Slack channel.

Before

A board delivery shows up 40 sheets short. The foreman mentions it on a call; the PM finds out on Friday.

After

The foreman submits the form at 4:48pm. Minutes later the PM sees the short delivery and the hours lost in Slack, and the log is in Notion.

How it works

The whole workflow, step by step.

Starts from each new row your foremen's daily-report form (e.g. Google Forms) adds to its Google Sheet. AI structures the report into a consistent daily log — crew count, work completed, delays with cause and time lost, deliveries, weather, inspections, safety notes and tomorrow's plan — copying the foreman's facts exactly and marking blanks as not reported. The log becomes an entry in your Notion daily-log database, and any delay over your threshold or any injury, near miss or unsafe condition is posted to your PMs' Slack channel. It organises what the foreman reports; it isn't an OSHA or incident report and doesn't handle photos.

This is the workflow that opens in your workspace when you set the agent up. Every step can be edited.

  1. Step 1New daily report from the foremanStarts a run for each row your foremen's daily-report form adds to its Google Sheet, checked on your plan's schedule interval.
  2. Step 2Structure the daily logAI turns the foreman's answers into a clean daily log: crew count, work done, delays, deliveries, weather, inspections, safety notes and tomorrow's plan — and flags delays or safety issues for the PM.
  3. Step 3Add the log to NotionCreates the day's entry in your Notion daily-log database with the structured log.
  4. Step 4LoggedThe run history keeps the structured log and the Notion link.
  5. Step 5Delay or safety issue?Delays over your threshold and any safety issue are posted to the PM's channel; routine days aren't.
  6. Step 6Alert the PM in SlackPosts the delay or safety issue, exactly as the foreman reported it, to your project managers' channel.
  7. Step 7PM alertedThe run history keeps the alert that was posted.
  8. Step 8Routine dayNo delay over your threshold and no safety issue: no alert.

Example with fictional data

Comes in

Fictional report: Maple Street Clinic, level 2 framing, rated board delivery short 40 sheets, corridor board stopped at 1pm, about 3 hours lost for 2 carpenters.

The agent produces

A structured log in Notion with the delay, cause and time lost exactly as reported, and a Slack alert to the PMs because it's over your threshold.

What you need

About 15 minutes from purchase to live. A checklist above the canvas takes you through each step.

Plan

Included in Enterprise; on other paid plans it's $89 once. Agents run live on paid plans, from Basic ($39/mo).

Apps

Checklist

  • A paid plan (agents run live on paid plans).
  • An AI provider key (Settings → AI Providers).
  • Google Sheets, Notion and Slack, connected in Settings → Integrations.
  • A daily-report form (e.g. Google Forms) that writes to a Google Sheet, and a Notion daily-log database.

Setup, about 15 minutes

  1. Connect your AI provider. The AI steps run on your own key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and more). Add one in Settings → AI Providers.
  2. Connect Google Sheets. Connect the Google account that can open your daily-report sheet (Settings → Integrations → Google Sheets).
  3. Connect Notion. Connect Notion and share your daily-log database with Fluxo Flow (Settings → Integrations → Notion).
  4. Connect Slack. Connect the Slack workspace your PMs use (Settings → Integrations → Slack).
  5. Pick the daily-report sheet. Open the trigger, pick your Google account, paste the spreadsheet link and the tab reports are added to.
  6. List your projects, PMs and alert rules. Open “Structure the daily log” and replace the placeholder with your projects, PMs and what to alert on.
  7. Pick the Notion daily-log database. Open “Add the log to Notion” and pick your account and database.
  8. Pick the PMs' Slack channel. Open “Alert the PM in Slack” and pick your account and channel. Invite the app to private channels first (/invite @Fluxo Flow).
  9. Test it with Dry Run. Press Dry Run: the agent runs on sample data with no messages sent and nothing written to your apps.
  10. Switch the trigger on. Open the trigger and click “Activate app trigger”. New reports are picked up on your plan's schedule interval; rows already in the sheet aren't processed.

Is it a fit?

Who it's for, and what it won't do.

Built for

  • General contractors running several jobs
  • Project managers and superintendents
  • Specialty trades keeping daily records

What it doesn't do

  • It organises what the foreman reports and adds nothing of its own (no weather lookups, no estimates of time lost).
  • It isn't an OSHA or incident report: serious incidents follow your own process.
  • It doesn't handle photos or attachments from the form, only the text answers.
  • Rows already in the sheet before activation aren't processed.

We list the limits up front so you can decide before you buy.

FAQ

Questions about Daily Site Log.

Is this our incident report?

No. It organizes what the foreman reports and alerts the PM. Injuries and incidents follow your own incident and OSHA process.

Will the AI fill in what the foreman left out?

No. It copies the foreman's facts, adds nothing of its own (no weather lookups, no time-lost estimates) and marks blanks as not reported. It doesn't handle photos.

How long is setup?

About 15 minutes: connect Google Sheets, Notion and Slack, pick the report sheet, list your projects, PMs and alert rules, then Dry Run.

What does it cost?

A one-time unlock that never renews. Live runs need a paid plan and your own AI key; Dry Run is free.

What form should foremen use?

Any form that writes to Google Sheets (Google Forms is free and works on phones): project, date, crew on site, work completed, delays, deliveries, weather, inspections or visitors, safety notes and tomorrow's plan.

Does it check the weather itself?

No. It logs the weather the foreman reports.

Is this a subscription?

No. Daily Site Log is a one-time purchase of $89 per workspace and never renews. The Enterprise plan includes it at no extra cost. Running it live needs a paid plan (from Basic ($39/mo)), and your AI provider bills you directly for usage.

Can I test it before it touches real data?

Yes. Once it's set up in your workspace, Dry Run plays every step on sample data with simulated AI and app calls: nothing is sent and nothing in your apps changes. Switch the trigger on only when you're happy.
