Sound familiar?
The job, before and after this agent.
What it feels like today
- “Writing show notes takes longer than editing the episode.”
- “Guests promise to share the episode and then never do because we didn't make it easy.”
- “Our social posts for each episode are an afterthought written five minutes before publishing.”
What you get with the agent
- Show notes and chapters, with chapters only when the transcript has timestamps.
- Up to three pull quotes copied word for word from the transcript.
- A post for each platform you use plus a newsletter blurb.
- The whole kit saved in your Notion episodes database for the team.
- A guest share email with the link, ready-made posts and a quote, sent after the host approves it.
Before
Publish day: the host writes thin show notes at midnight, posts one generic tweet, and the guest never hears the episode is live.
After
The transcript goes in when the episode is ready. Notion has notes, chapters, quotes and posts; the host approves the guest email and the guest shares it that day.
How it works
The whole workflow, step by step.
When an episode is ready, your form or publishing script posts its title, link, guest and transcript text. AI writes show notes, chapters (only when the transcript has timestamps), up to three pull quotes copied word for word, a post for each platform you use, a newsletter blurb and a share email for the guest with ready-made posts. The whole kit goes into your Notion episodes database for the team, and the guest email waits for the host's approval before it's sent. It works from the transcript text you send (it doesn't process audio), and it doesn't publish to your podcast host or social accounts.

This is the workflow that opens in your workspace when you set the agent up. Every step can be edited.
- Step 1New episode readyStarts when your episode form (or your own publishing script) posts the episode: title, publish link, guest name and email, and the transcript text.
- Step 2Write the promo kitAI writes show notes, chapters (when the transcript has timestamps), 3 verbatim pull quotes, social posts per platform, a newsletter blurb and the guest's share email — all from the transcript.
- Step 3Save the kit in NotionAdds the episode to your Notion episodes database with the whole kit (show notes, chapters, quotes, posts, blurb) for your team to copy.
- Step 4Kit in NotionThe run history keeps the Notion page link.
- Step 5Email the guest?Episodes without a guest email only get the Notion kit.
- Step 6No guest emailNothing was emailed; the kit is in Notion.
- Step 7Approve the guest emailThe host reads the share email (posts and quote) in Reviews, edits it and approves before it goes to the guest.
- Step 8Email the guest their share kitSends the approved share email to the guest, with replies coming back to your show inbox.
- Step 9Guest emailedThe run history keeps the approved email.

FAQ
Questions about Podcast Episode Promo Kit.
Does it transcribe the audio?
No. It works from the transcript text you send from your recording or hosting tool. Include timestamps if you want chapters.
Can I trust the quotes?
Quotes are copied word for word from the transcript, never paraphrased. Still check them against the audio before publishing, since transcripts can contain errors.
Does it publish anything?
No. It doesn't post to your podcast host or social accounts; your team copies the kit from Notion. Setup takes about 10 minutes.
Is it worth the price?
A one-time price that never renews, against hours of promo writing per episode. Live runs need a paid plan and your own AI provider key; Dry Run is free.
What should the form send?
A JSON POST with show_name, episode_number, episode_title, publish_url, guest_name, guest_email and transcript. Your form or script posts it with the webhook's signature header.
What Notion database do I need?
A database with the properties Name (title), Status (select with a Promo kit ready option), Guest (text), Publish link (url), shared with the Fluxo Flow integration.
Is this a subscription?
No. Podcast Episode Promo Kit is a one-time purchase of $99 per workspace and never renews. The Enterprise plan includes it at no extra cost. Running it live needs a paid plan (from Basic ($39/mo)), and your AI provider bills you directly for usage.
Can I test it before it touches real data?
Yes. Once it's set up in your workspace, Dry Run plays every step on sample data with simulated AI and app calls: nothing is sent and nothing in your apps changes. Switch the trigger on only when you're happy.
