Walk into Monday's pipeline meeting with a forecast you trust
Every Monday, it finds open Salesforce opportunities with past close dates, no activity or missing fields, names the exact fix, and gives each owner their own cleanup list in Slack.
Free account to start. Buying and running live need a paid plan.

- 1 AI step

Sound familiar?
The job, before and after this agent.
What it feels like today
- “Half our forecast has close dates from last quarter and nobody admits it.”
- “I spend Sunday night building list views to nag each rep about missing amounts and next steps.”
- “Big deals go quiet for weeks and I find out in the forecast call.”
What you get with the agent
- A weekly query of open opportunities with a past close date, no activity in 14 days, no amount or no next step (up to 200).
- Each one checked against your own stage rules, with the exact fix named: move the close date, log the activity, add the amount or write the next step.
- One cleanup list per owner, largest deals first.
- A team summary in your Slack sales channel with each owner's list in its thread; nothing on a clean week.
- Report only: it never edits, closes or reassigns records.
Before
Sunday night, the sales manager exports opportunities to a spreadsheet, color-codes problems and sends seven separate nag messages.
After
Monday at 7:30am, Slack has the summary and each rep's to-do list in the thread. By the 10am meeting, close dates are moved and next steps are written.
How it works
The whole workflow, step by step.
Every Monday morning the agent queries Salesforce for open opportunities with a close date in the past, no activity in 14 days, no amount or no next step (up to 200). AI checks each one against your own stage rules, names the exact fix and groups them into one cleanup list per owner, largest deals first. A team summary is posted to your sales channel in Slack, with each owner's list as a reply in its thread; on a clean week nothing is posted. It reports only and never edits, closes or reassigns records.

This is the workflow that opens in your workspace when you set the agent up. Every step can be edited.
- Step 1Mondays at 7:30Runs every Monday morning before the pipeline meeting. Set your time zone on the trigger.
- Step 2Find opportunities needing cleanupReads up to 200 open opportunities with a past close date, no activity in 14 days, no amount or no next step.
- Step 3Check the datesIn code, not AI: for each opportunity, how many days ago its close date passed, the days since its last activity (and whether that's 14 or more) and whether it was created in the last 3 days, in your time zone. Change the 14 days here (activity within.max: -14).
- Step 4Build each owner's cleanup listAI checks every opportunity against your rules, names the exact fixes and groups them into one cleanup list per owner plus a team summary; the days were worked out in code.
- Step 5Anything to clean up?When the pipeline is clean, nothing is posted.
- Step 6Pipeline cleanNothing needed cleanup; the run history keeps the check.
- Step 7Post the team summaryPosts the week's hygiene summary to your sales channel; each owner's list goes in its thread.
- Step 8Each ownerRepeats once per owner with something to clean up (up to 50 owners).
- Step 9Post the owner's cleanup listReplies in the summary's thread with this owner's opportunities and the fix for each.
- Step 10Report postedThe run history keeps the summary and how many owner lists were posted.
Example run
What goes in, and what comes out.
Example with fictional data
Comes in
Monday run finds 23 flagged opportunities across 5 owners, including Acme Health renewal ($62,000) with a close date three weeks ago and no next step.
The agent produces
Team summary: 23 opportunities to fix, the largest at risk listed first. In the thread for the Acme Health owner: move the close date (currently past), write the next step (empty), log the last call (no activity in 21 days).
What you need
Everything it takes to run it.
About 15 minutes from purchase to live. A checklist above the canvas takes you through each step.
Plan
Included in Enterprise; on other paid plans it's $99 once. Agents run live on paid plans, from Basic ($39/mo).
Your AI key

Apps

- SlackLive
Checklist
- A paid plan (agents run live on paid plans).
- An AI provider key (Settings → AI Providers).
- Salesforce (with API access) and Slack, connected in Settings → Integrations.
Setup, about 15 minutes
- Connect your AI provider. The AI steps run on your own key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and more). Add one in Settings → AI Providers.
- Connect Salesforce. Connect your Salesforce org (Settings → Integrations → Salesforce). It needs API access (Enterprise edition or above).
- Connect Slack. Connect the Slack workspace your sales team uses (Settings → Integrations → Slack).
- Describe your hygiene rules. Open “Build each owner's cleanup list” and replace the placeholder with your stages and rules.
- Pick your Salesforce account. Open “Find opportunities needing cleanup” and pick your connected org.
- Pick the Slack account and channel. Open “Post the team summary” and pick your account and channel, then pick the same account in “Post the owner's cleanup list”. Invite the app to private channels first (/invite @Fluxo Flow).
- Test it with Dry Run. Press Dry Run: the agent runs on sample data with no messages sent and nothing written to your apps.
- Switch the trigger on. Open the trigger, set your time zone and switch the schedule on. It runs every Monday at 7:30.
Is it a fit?
Who it's for, and what it won't do.
Built for
- Sales managers running weekly pipeline reviews in Salesforce
- RevOps and sales ops teams
- Founders who need a forecast they can rely on
What it doesn't do
- It reports only: it never edits, closes or reassigns opportunities.
- It checks up to 200 flagged opportunities per run (the largest pipelines may need the query narrowed, e.g. by team).
- It posts in a channel thread; it doesn't DM each owner.
- It doesn't draft follow-up emails (for HubSpot deals, see the Sales Follow-Up agent).
We list the limits up front so you can decide before you buy.

FAQ
Questions about Salesforce Pipeline Hygiene.
Will it change my Salesforce data?
No. It reports the issues and the fix for each; owners clean up in Salesforce themselves.
Can I change the 14-day rule?
Yes. State your threshold in the rules, and adjust the query step if you want the query itself to use a different number of days.
What does it need?
Salesforce with API access and Slack. Setup takes about 15 minutes. Very large pipelines may need the query narrowed, for example by team, since it checks up to 200 opportunities per run.
Is it worth the price?
One-time price, never renews, against a manager's weekly hours building cleanup lists. Live runs need a paid plan and your own AI provider key; Dry Run is free.
Does it update opportunities?
No. It reports the issues and the fix for each; owners clean up in Salesforce.
Can I change the 14-day threshold?
Yes: state your threshold in the rules (per stage if you like), change LAST_N_DAYS:14 in the query step, and the 14 days in “Check the dates” (activity within.max). The days themselves are always counted in code, never by the AI.
Is this a subscription?
No. Salesforce Pipeline Hygiene is a one-time purchase of $99 per workspace and never renews. The Enterprise plan includes it at no extra cost. Running it live needs a paid plan (from Basic ($39/mo)), and your AI provider bills you directly for usage.
Can I test it before it touches real data?
Yes. Once it's set up in your workspace, Dry Run plays every step on sample data with simulated AI and app calls: nothing is sent and nothing in your apps changes. Switch the trigger on only when you're happy.
