Sound familiar?

The job, before and after this agent.

What it feels like today

  • “People ask our Telegram channel the same five questions all day and night.”
  • “Generic chatbots make up answers, and I can't have that with customers.”
  • “The tricky messages need a person, but they get buried under the easy ones.”

What you get with the agent

  • Answers sent within seconds when your FAQ clearly covers the question
  • Replies in the person's language, using only the FAQ you paste in
  • Personal orders, complaints and uncovered topics get a holding message and a Slack hand-off with a draft answer
  • A teammate writes or fixes the answer in Reviews, and the bot delivers it in the chat
  • Short-term memory of the last 5 exchanges per chat, so follow-ups like “and on Sundays?” make sense

Before

Someone on the team keeps Telegram open all day to answer opening hours and delivery questions, and misses messages overnight.

After

The bot handles the questions your FAQ answers, day and night. Your team only sees the messages that need a person, with a draft already written.

How it works

The whole workflow, step by step.

Each message to your Telegram bot is answered by AI using only the FAQ you paste in, in the person's language, with the last 5 messages and answers in that chat (remembered for 30 days) for context. When the FAQ clearly covers the question, the answer goes straight back in the chat. Anything it isn't sure about (personal orders or bookings, complaints, requests for a person, topics the FAQ doesn't cover) gets a short holding message and is posted to your Slack channel; a teammate writes or fixes the answer in Reviews and the bot sends it. It doesn't search documents or websites, and its memory is short: the last 5 exchanges per chat, forgotten 30 days after the last one.

This is the workflow that opens in your workspace when you set the agent up. Every step can be edited.

  1. Step 1New message to your botStarts a run within seconds for each message people send your Telegram bot.
  2. Step 2Recall the conversationReads the last 5 messages and answers in this chat (remembered for 30 days after the last one). Nothing is found for a new chat.
  3. Step 3Answer from your FAQAI answers the question using only the FAQ you paste in (with the earlier messages in the chat for context), and says how sure it is. Anything the FAQ doesn't clearly cover goes to a person.
  4. Step 4Answered by the FAQ?Clear FAQ answers are sent straight back; everything else goes to a person in Slack and Reviews.
  5. Step 5Send the answerReplies in the person's chat, quoting their message.
  6. Step 6Remember this exchangeSaves the message and the answer sent with the earlier ones (the last 5 are kept, for 30 days after the last one). Holding messages and rejected answers aren't saved.
  7. Step 7AnsweredThe run history keeps the question and the answer sent.
  8. Step 8Tell the person a teammate will replySends a short “we've passed this to the team” message so the person isn't left waiting in silence.
  9. Step 9Hand off to a person in SlackPosts the question, why it needs a person and the draft answer to your Slack channel, pointing to Reviews.
  10. Step 10Handed offThe run history keeps the question and the hand-off.
  11. Step 11A person answersA teammate writes or corrects the answer (json.answer) in Reviews and approves it; the bot sends it. Reject to answer another way.

Example run

What goes in, and what comes out.

Example with fictional data

Comes in

A fictional customer, Ada, messages the bot: “Hi! Do you deliver to Riverside, and is delivery free?”

The agent produces

Your FAQ lists Riverside in the delivery area with free delivery over a set amount, so the bot answers right away in the chat. Had she asked about her own order, she'd get a holding message and your team a Slack alert.

What you need

Everything it takes to run it.

About 15 minutes from purchase to live. A checklist above the canvas takes you through each step.

Plan

Included in Enterprise; on other paid plans it's $89 once. Agents run live on paid plans, from Basic ($39/mo).

Your AI key

Connect any of 14 AI providers on your own key. Your provider bills usage directly, at cost; we add no markup.

Apps

Checklist

  • A paid plan (agents run live on paid plans).
  • An AI provider key (Settings → AI Providers).
  • A Telegram bot (free, from @BotFather) and Slack, connected in Settings → Integrations.
  • Your FAQ as text.

Setup, about 15 minutes

  1. Connect your AI provider. The AI steps run on your own key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and more). Add one in Settings → AI Providers.
  2. Connect Telegram. Create a bot with @BotFather (/newbot) and paste its token in Settings → Integrations → Telegram.
  3. Connect Slack. Connect the Slack workspace your team uses (Settings → Integrations → Slack).
  4. Paste your FAQ. Open “Answer from your FAQ” and replace the placeholder with your FAQ.
  5. Pick your bot. Pick your bot on the trigger, “Send the answer” and “Tell the person a teammate will reply”.
  6. Pick the Slack account and channel. Open “Hand off to a person in Slack” and pick your account and channel. Invite the app to private channels first (/invite @Fluxo Flow).
  7. Test it with Dry Run. Press Dry Run: the agent runs on sample data with no messages sent and nothing written to your apps.
  8. Switch the trigger on. Open the trigger and click “Activate app trigger”: Fluxo Flow registers itself as your bot's webhook.

Is it a fit?

Who it's for, and what it won't do.

Built for

  • Shops and delivery businesses with a Telegram customer channel
  • Communities and course creators running a Telegram group
  • Local businesses serving customers who prefer messaging apps

What it doesn't do

  • It answers only from the FAQ you paste in: no document or website search.
  • Its memory is short: only the last 5 exchanges per chat (in a group, the whole group shares one), forgotten 30 days after the last one, and only answers that were sent (not holding messages or rejected drafts).
  • It doesn't look up orders, bookings or accounts; those questions go to a person.
  • In groups it only sees commands and replies to the bot unless you turn off privacy mode in @BotFather.
  • One bot per workflow: Telegram delivers a bot's messages to a single webhook.

We list the limits up front so you can decide before you buy.

Price

FAQ

Questions about Telegram FAQ Bot.

Which apps does it need?

Telegram and Slack. The agent's page shows whether each app is ready to connect.

Will it make things up?

It's instructed to answer only from your FAQ and rates its confidence. Anything it isn't sure about goes to a person instead of being answered automatically, and you can test it with Dry Run first.

How hard is setup?

About 15 minutes: create a free bot with @BotFather, connect Telegram and Slack, paste your FAQ and pick a hand-off channel. One bot per workflow; in groups it only sees commands and replies unless you turn off privacy mode.

Is it worth it versus answering myself?

It's a one-time purchase that never renews, and it covers the hours nobody is watching the chat. It runs on a paid plan with your own AI key; Dry Run is free.

Can it make things up?

It's instructed to use only your FAQ, and anything it isn't sure about goes to a person instead of being answered automatically.

Does it remember the conversation?

Briefly: it remembers the last 5 messages and answers sent in each chat, for 30 days after the last one, so follow-up questions make sense. Answers still come only from your FAQ.

Is this a subscription?

No. Telegram FAQ Bot is a one-time purchase of $89 per workspace and never renews. The Enterprise plan includes it at no extra cost. Running it live needs a paid plan (from Basic ($39/mo)), and your AI provider bills you directly for usage.

Can I test it before it touches real data?

Yes. Once it's set up in your workspace, Dry Run plays every step on sample data with simulated AI and app calls: nothing is sent and nothing in your apps changes. Switch the trigger on only when you're happy.
