Productivity integration

Google Forms integration for AI workflows.

Turn Google Form submissions — quote requests, applications, inspections — into workflows.

Beta

In short

Fluxo Flow connects to Google Forms by signing in to Google; workflows can get form questions and list responses, and start from new response. The integration is in beta.

Beta means it works but hasn't been tested against every account setup yet; actions and fields may still change. Found a problem? Tell us.

What you can do

Actions and triggers for Google Forms.

Actions

  • Get form questions

Lists the form's questions with their ids — use them to read answers (answers are keyed by question id).

  • List responses

Lists a form's responses with answers as text per question id.

Triggers

  • New response (checked on your plan's schedule interval)

Starts a run for each new form response (checked on your plan's schedule interval). Answers come keyed by question id — Get form questions shows which id is which question.

How to connect

Connect Google Forms in a minute.

Connects by signing in to Google. Tokens are encrypted and renewed automatically.

  1. Open Settings → Integrations and click Connect on Google Forms.
  2. Sign in with the Google account that owns the form and allow read-only Forms access.
  3. Add the New response trigger and paste the form's edit link.

Permissions & limits

What it can access, and how fast it runs.

Permissions requested

  • Read form responses; New response trigger (sensitive scope, read-only)

    https://www.googleapis.com/auth/forms.responses.readonly

  • Read the form's questions (sensitive scope, read-only)

    https://www.googleapis.com/auth/forms.body.readonly

  • Show which Google account is connected

    openid, email, profile

Limits and timing

  • Polling triggers are checked on your plan's schedule interval: Basic every 15 minutes, Pro every 5 minutes, Business every 2 minutes, Elite every minute.
  • Google Forms triggers check at most every 2 minutes, whatever your plan, to respect Google Forms's limits.
  • If Google Forms says to slow down (HTTP 429 or 503), requests wait as told and retry a limited number of times.

FAQ

Google Forms questions, answered.

Can Fluxo Flow change my forms?

No. It asks for read-only access to forms and responses.

Why are answers keyed by an id instead of the question?

That's how Google Forms identifies questions (so renaming a question doesn't break your workflow). Run Get form questions once to see which id belongs to which question.

Does it work with forms I don't own?

Only forms the connected account can edit. Connect the account that owns the form.

Is the Google Forms integration finished?

It's in beta: it works, but it hasn't been tested against every account setup yet. Tell us if something doesn't behave as expected.

Can I use Google Forms on the Free plan?

You can connect it, build with it and Dry Run on the Free plan. Running workflows live (triggers, schedules, webhooks) needs a paid plan.

What happens if the connection expires?

Access tokens are renewed automatically. If Google Forms revokes access (for example, the person who connected it leaves), steps that use the connection fail and show the error in the run trace; reconnect in Settings → Integrations.

Can I call Google Forms endpoints the integration doesn't cover?

Yes, if Google Forms has an API: save a key in the encrypted credential vault and call it with an HTTP Request step.

Can I test a workflow without touching my real data?

Yes. Dry Run walks through every step with simulated app calls, so nothing is sent until you run it for real or activate its trigger.
