Field services integration

ServiceTitan integration for AI workflows.

Beta — requires your ServiceTitan API access. Push leads and jobs into ServiceTitan and react to new customers, jobs and invoices.

Beta

In short

Fluxo Flow connects to ServiceTitan with an API key or credentials you provide; workflows can create a customer, find customers and create a job and more, and start from new customer, new job and new invoice. The integration is in beta.

Beta means it works but hasn't been tested against every account setup yet; actions and fields may still change. Found a problem? Tell us.

Build it yourself

What teams build with ServiceTitan.

There's no ready-made template for ServiceTitan yet. These are the workflows to build: each step is a real node or ServiceTitan action.

  • Web leads to the booking queue

    1. Webhook trigger (form)
    2. AI Generate: service type and urgency
    3. ServiceTitan: Create a booking (lead)
    4. Slack: Post a message for emergencies
  • New job notifications

    1. ServiceTitan: New job
    2. AI Generate: summary for dispatch
    3. Slack: Post a message
  • Invoice checks

    1. ServiceTitan: New invoice
    2. Router: over threshold?
    3. Human Review: office manager

How to connect

Connect ServiceTitan in a minute.

Connects with an API key or credentials, tested before they're saved and encrypted at rest.

  1. Register an app at developer.servicetitan.io with the API scopes you need and get it approved for your tenant; copy its Application Key.
  2. In ServiceTitan, a tenant admin connects the app (Settings → Integrations → API Application Access) and generates its client ID and secret.
  3. In Fluxo Flow open Settings → Integrations → ServiceTitan and enter the tenant ID, client ID/secret and application key.

What you need on the ServiceTitan side

  • Your own ServiceTitan app: register it at developer.servicetitan.io with the scopes below and get it approved for your tenant.
  • A tenant admin connects the app (Settings → Integrations → API Application Access) and generates its client ID and secret.

Permissions & limits

What it can access, and how fast it runs.

Permissions requested

  • Customers (create, find, new-customer trigger)

    tn.crm.customers:r, tn.crm.customers:w, tn.crm.locations:r

  • Jobs (create, new-job trigger, pickers)

    tn.jpm.jobs:r, tn.jpm.jobs:w, tn.jpm.jobtypes:r, tn.settings.businessunits:r, tn.marketing.campaigns:r

  • Bookings

    tn.crm.bookings:w

  • New invoice trigger

    tn.acc.invoices:r

Limits and timing

  • Polling triggers are checked on your plan's schedule interval: Basic every 15 minutes, Pro every 5 minutes, Business every 2 minutes, Elite every minute.
  • ServiceTitan triggers check at most every 5 minutes, whatever your plan, to respect ServiceTitan's limits.
  • If ServiceTitan says to slow down (HTTP 429 or 503), requests wait as told and retry a limited number of times.
  • Access tokens last 15 minutes and are renewed automatically.

FAQ

ServiceTitan questions, answered.

Why do I need my own ServiceTitan app?

ServiceTitan only gives API access to approved apps, and each tenant connects an app itself. Until Fluxo's own app is approved, you bring yours: Fluxo signs in with its credentials and renews the 15-minute tokens automatically.

Should web leads become jobs or bookings?

Bookings are the usual choice: they land in the ServiceTitan booking queue for your CSRs to confirm. Use “Create a job” when you already know the business unit, job type and time slot.

Is the ServiceTitan integration finished?

It's in beta: it works, but it hasn't been tested against every account setup yet. Tell us if something doesn't behave as expected.

Can I use ServiceTitan on the Free plan?

You can connect it, build with it and Dry Run on the Free plan. Running workflows live (triggers, schedules, webhooks) needs a paid plan.

Can I call ServiceTitan endpoints the integration doesn't cover?

Yes, if ServiceTitan has an API: save a key in the encrypted credential vault and call it with an HTTP Request step.

Can I test a workflow without touching my real data?

Yes. Dry Run walks through every step with simulated app calls, so nothing is sent until you run it for real or activate its trigger.
