For home & commercial service businesses

From web lead to paid invoice, with fewer phone calls.

The job lifecycle is the same every time: lead, booking, job, invoice, payment, review. Fluxo Flow automates the handoffs between those steps and leaves pricing, diagnosis and unhappy customers to your office.

In short

Fluxo Flow connects to Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks Online and Twilio through beta connectors. Service businesses use it to turn web leads into requests or bookings, confirm new jobs by text, send invoice exceptions to the office before they go out, and ask for a review once a payment lands. Full accounting sync is better left to your field-service app's native QuickBooks integration.

What changes

Less copying, chasing and checking.

  • Today

Web leads wait in an inbox until someone retypes them into the job system.

    With Fluxo Flow

A form posts to a webhook, AI pulls out the service, address and urgency, and the lead lands as a ServiceTitan booking or a Jobber request.

  • Today

Customers call to ask when the tech is coming.

    With Fluxo Flow

A new job triggers a confirmation text with the date, sent from your Twilio number to customers who agreed to texts.

  • Today

Odd invoices go out before anyone looks at them.

    With Fluxo Flow

New invoices over a threshold or with a discount wait in the Review Queue before they're sent from QuickBooks.

  • Today

Review requests depend on the tech remembering to ask.

    With Fluxo Flow

When QuickBooks records the payment, a short thank-you with your review link goes out by text or email.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does it replace Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan?

No. Your field-service app stays the system of record. Fluxo Flow moves leads into it and handles the messages and checks around jobs, invoices and payments.

Should I use it to sync invoices to QuickBooks?

For a complete sync, use your field-service app's own QuickBooks integration. Use Fluxo Flow when you want rules and approvals around specific invoices, or messages when payments land.

Are the triggers instant?

Not for these apps yet. Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan triggers check for new records on your plan's schedule, at most every 5 minutes. Website forms and anything that sends webhooks start runs within seconds.

Can it text customers?

Yes, through your own Twilio account and numbers (beta). You're responsible for consent: only text customers who opted in, honor STOP, and register for A2P 10DLC when sending from US 10-digit numbers.
