Logistics template
Shipment exception alerts
Catch shipment exceptions and long delays as they happen: alert ops in Slack and send the customer a clear update.

- 1 AI step

What it does
The whole workflow, at a glance.
Customers hate finding out about delays themselves. When your TMS or carrier reports an exception or a delay of 24 hours or more, AI drafts an internal note for ops and a calm, specific update for the customer. Ops is alerted in Slack and the customer gets the update by email.
