FAQ
Questions about agents, answered.
What is a ready-made AI agent?
A finished workflow for one job, built on the Fluxo Flow canvas: the trigger, the AI steps and their prompts, the app actions and any approval steps are already wired. You connect your apps and AI key, fill in a few settings (such as a Slack channel or your own policies), Dry Run it and switch it on. Every step stays editable.
How much does an agent cost?
Each agent has a one-time price per workspace, $49–$249 one-time. It never renews. Pro includes 2, Business includes 2, Elite includes 5 and Enterprise includes all of them.
Do I need a paid plan?
To buy an agent and run it live, yes: paid plans start at Basic ($39/mo). You can create a free account first, look at every agent in the app and build and Dry Run your own workflows on the Free plan.
Which AI model does an agent use?
The provider you connect, on your own key: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini and 11 more. Your provider bills you for usage at its own price. Agent prices include no AI usage and we add no markup.
What does “Coming soon — waiting for approval” mean?
The agent is built and tested, but an app it needs isn't live in Fluxo Flow yet, usually because we're waiting for that vendor to approve our integration. It can't be bought until then, and it becomes available on its own once the app goes live.
Can I change what an agent does?
Yes. Setting up an agent creates an ordinary workflow in your workspace, so you can edit prompts, add or remove steps and change where results go. A setup checklist above the canvas shows what's left before it can go live.
Can I get a refund on an agent?
Agent purchases are one-time and aren't covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee, which applies to the first payment of a paid plan. That's why each agent's page shows its steps, the apps it needs and what it doesn't do before you buy. The Refund & Cancellation Policy has the details.
