CRM & sales integration
HubSpot integration for AI workflows.
Keep HubSpot up to date: contacts, companies, deals and tickets, plus notes, tasks and deal-stage triggers.
In short
Fluxo Flow connects to HubSpot by signing in to HubSpot; workflows can create or update a contact, create a deal and update a contact and more, and start from new contact, new deal and deal entered a stage. The integration is live.
Live means tested end to end against real accounts. Found a problem? Tell us.

Permissions & limits
What it can access, and how fast it runs.
Permissions requested
Contacts, notes and tasks (create, update, find, new-contact trigger)
crm.objects.contacts.read, crm.objects.contacts.write
Companies
crm.objects.companies.read, crm.objects.companies.write
Deals, pipelines and deal triggers
crm.objects.deals.read, crm.objects.deals.write
Owner pickers
crm.objects.owners.read
Tickets
crm.objects.tickets.read, crm.objects.tickets.write
Limits and timing
- Polling triggers are checked on your plan's schedule interval: Basic every 15 minutes, Pro every 5 minutes, Business every 2 minutes, Elite every minute.
- HubSpot triggers check at most every 2 minutes, whatever your plan, to respect HubSpot's limits.
- If HubSpot says to slow down (HTTP 429 or 503), requests wait as told and retry a limited number of times.
- HubSpot's search index can take a few seconds to include brand-new or just-changed records, so triggers may pick them up on the next check.

FAQ
HubSpot questions, answered.
Will it create duplicate contacts?
No. “Create or update a contact” matches on email: an existing contact is updated, a new email creates a contact.
How quickly do the triggers fire?
They check HubSpot on your plan's schedule interval. HubSpot's search index can take a few seconds to include brand-new or just-changed records.
I connected HubSpot before companies and tickets were added. Do I need to do anything?
Steps that use companies, tickets or owners need the new permissions: reconnect HubSpot once in Settings → Integrations.
Do I need a paid HubSpot plan?
The connector uses HubSpot's standard CRM APIs, approved when you connect. Features you rely on inside HubSpot (custom properties, pipelines, tickets) depend on your HubSpot plan.
Is the HubSpot integration ready to use?
Yes. HubSpot is live: connect it in Settings → Integrations on any plan, including Free (on Free you can build with it and Dry Run; running it live needs a paid plan).
What happens if the connection expires?
Access tokens are renewed automatically. If HubSpot revokes access (for example, the person who connected it leaves), steps that use the connection fail and show the error in the run trace; reconnect in Settings → Integrations.
Can I call HubSpot endpoints the integration doesn't cover?
Yes, if HubSpot has an API: save a key in the encrypted credential vault and call it with an HTTP Request step.
Can I test a workflow without touching my real data?
Yes. Dry Run walks through every step with simulated app calls, so nothing is sent until you run it for real or activate its trigger.
