Closed-Won Handoff for Pipedrive · Operations
Turn every won Pipedrive deal into a ready-to-run kickoff
The moment a Pipedrive deal is marked won, it writes a kickoff brief in Notion, alerts your delivery team in Slack and adds the link as a note on the deal.
Can't be bought yet: waiting for Pipedrive approval. It opens for purchase on its own once approved.

Sound familiar?
The job, before and after this agent.
What it feels like today
- “Once a deal is won in Pipedrive, delivery has to chase sales for the details.”
- “Promises made to close the deal disappear before the project starts.”
- “Sales never knows whether the handoff actually happened.”
What you get with the agent
- Starts the moment a deal's status changes to won; later edits don't start it again.
- A kickoff brief from the deal's fields and custom fields, such as a Handoff notes field: what was sold, people named, commitments quoted, gaps to confirm and first steps.
- An onboarding page in your Notion database and a Slack alert to your delivery team.
- A note with the brief's link added to the deal, so sales can see the handoff happened.
Before
A deal goes green in Pipedrive and the rep celebrates. Delivery finds out from the invoice and spends the kickoff asking questions the rep already had answers to.
After
Within minutes delivery has a Notion brief built from the deal and its Handoff notes, Slack shows the alert, and the rep sees the brief linked right on the deal.
How it works
The whole workflow, step by step.
The moment a Pipedrive deal's status changes to won, AI writes the kickoff brief from the deal's own fields, including your custom fields: what was sold, the people named, the commitments recorded (quoted), the gaps the delivery team must confirm and the first steps. The brief is created as a page in your Notion onboarding database, your delivery team gets a Slack alert with the link, and a note with the link is added to the deal. Today's Pipedrive actions can't read notes, the linked person or the organization, so add a “Handoff notes” deal field for scope and promises.

This is the workflow that opens in your workspace when you set the agent up. Every step can be edited.
- Step 1Deal updated in PipedriveStarts a run the moment a Pipedrive deal changes (Pipedrive webhook); the next step keeps only deals whose status just changed to won.
- Step 2Just won?Only updates where the status changed to won (“Previous values” has the old status) go on, so editing a won deal later doesn't start a second kickoff.
- Step 3Not a winThe update wasn't a deal being marked won; nothing is done.
- Step 4Write the kickoff briefAI turns the deal's fields (title, value, dates and your custom fields such as “Handoff notes”) into a kickoff brief: scope, stakeholders, commitments made, gaps to confirm and first steps.
- Step 5Create the onboarding page in NotionCreates a page in your onboarding database with the full kickoff brief.
- Step 6Alert the delivery teamPosts the win, the short summary and the link to the kickoff page to your delivery channel.
- Step 7Add the brief's link to the dealAdds a note on the Pipedrive deal with the link to the kickoff page, so sales can see the handoff happened.
- Step 8Handed offThe run history keeps the brief, the Notion page link and the Pipedrive note.
Example run
What goes in, and what comes out.
Example with fictional data
Comes in
Fictional Pipedrive deal “Oakline Bakery website” marked won: $9,500, Handoff notes: 6 pages, online ordering, launch before the holiday season.
The agent produces
Notion brief with scope, the commitment quoted (launch before the holiday season), gaps (menu photos, payment provider), first steps. Slack alert to #delivery and a note with the link on the deal.
What you need
Everything it takes to run it.
About 20 minutes from purchase to live. A checklist above the canvas takes you through each step.
Plan
Included in Enterprise; on other paid plans it's $89 once. Agents run live on paid plans, from Basic ($39/mo).
Your AI key
Connect any of 14 AI providers on your own key. Your provider bills usage directly, at cost; we add no markup.
Checklist
- A paid plan (agents run live on paid plans).
- An AI provider key (Settings → AI Providers).
- Pipedrive, Notion (with an onboarding database shared with Fluxo Flow) and Slack, connected in Settings → Integrations. Pipedrive is waiting for vendor approval, so this agent switches on once it's live.
- A “Handoff notes” (or similar) deal field where sales writes scope and promises.
Setup, about 20 minutes
- Connect your AI provider. The AI steps run on your own key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and more). Add one in Settings → AI Providers.
- Connect Pipedrive. Connect your Pipedrive company (Settings → Integrations → Pipedrive).
- Connect Notion. Connect Notion and share your onboarding database with Fluxo Flow (Settings → Integrations → Notion).
- Connect Slack. Connect the Slack workspace your delivery team uses (Settings → Integrations → Slack).
- Pick your Pipedrive account. Open the trigger and “Add the brief's link to the deal” and pick your Pipedrive account in each.
- Describe your services. Open “Write the kickoff brief” and replace the placeholder with your services and kickoff needs.
- Pick the Notion onboarding database. Open “Create the onboarding page in Notion” and pick your account and database.
- Pick the Slack account and channel. Open “Alert the delivery team” and pick your account and channel. Invite the app to private channels first (/invite @Fluxo Flow).
- Test it with Dry Run. Press Dry Run: the agent runs on sample data with no messages sent and nothing written to your apps.
- Switch the trigger on. Open the trigger and click “Activate app trigger”: Fluxo Flow adds a webhook to Pipedrive and deals marked won are handed off at once.
Is it a fit?
Who it's for, and what it won't do.
Built for
- Agencies and studios selling in Pipedrive
- Small B2B service teams
- Project managers who run kickoffs
- Founders handing deals to a delivery team
What it doesn't do
- It can't read Pipedrive notes, emails, the linked person or the organization (today's Pipedrive actions don't read them): the brief comes from the deal's own fields, so add a “Handoff notes” deal field.
- It doesn't create projects, tasks or invoices, or contact the customer.
- It only adds a note to the deal; it doesn't change the deal.
We list the limits up front so you can decide before you buy.

FAQ
Questions about Closed-Won Handoff for Pipedrive.
Which apps does it need?
Pipedrive, Notion and Slack. The agent's page shows whether each app is ready to connect.
Why do I need a Handoff notes field?
Pipedrive's available actions can't read notes, the linked person or the organization, so the brief is written from the deal's own fields. A text field where sales writes scope and promises gives delivery what they need.
Does it change the deal or contact the client?
It only adds a note with the link. It doesn't change the deal, contact the customer or create projects, tasks or invoices. Setup takes about 20 minutes.
What does it cost?
A one-time purchase that never renews. To run it live you need a paid plan and your own AI provider key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and others), added in Settings. Dry Run on sample data is free, so you can see real output before you commit.
Why a “Handoff notes” field?
Today's Pipedrive actions can't read notes, the person or the organization, so the brief is written from the deal's own fields. A text field where sales writes scope and promises gives the delivery team what they need.
Will editing a won deal start another kickoff?
No. It runs only when the update changes the status to won.
Is this a subscription?
No. Closed-Won Handoff for Pipedrive is a one-time purchase of $89 per workspace and never renews. The Enterprise plan includes it at no extra cost. Running it live needs a paid plan (from Basic ($39/mo)), and your AI provider bills you directly for usage.
Can I test it before it touches real data?
Yes. Once it's set up in your workspace, Dry Run plays every step on sample data with simulated AI and app calls: nothing is sent and nothing in your apps changes. Switch the trigger on only when you're happy.
