Sound familiar?

The job, before and after this agent.

What it feels like today

  • “We read every message twice: once to sort it, once to answer it.”
  • “An angry customer sat in the queue behind password resets and nobody noticed until they complained again.”
  • “I'd love AI help with replies, but I won't let a bot email customers on its own.”

What you get with the agent

  • Every message tagged with category, urgency and sentiment, plus a two-line summary
  • Urgent or angry customers posted to your Slack support channel with a suggested reply, so a person answers right away
  • Reply drafts written only from the support policies you paste in, waiting in Reviews
  • Approved replies emailed to the customer with Reply-to set to your support inbox
  • Every message and outcome kept in run history and Agent analytics

Before

Your team opens each form submission, works out what it is, digs up the refund policy and types the same answer again, while the one urgent message waits its turn.

After

Messages arrive sorted and summarized. Urgent ones are already in Slack. The routine ones have a policy-based draft waiting; a teammate reads, tweaks if needed and approves.

How it works

The whole workflow, step by step.

Receives each new customer message from your contact form, chat widget or helpdesk through a webhook. AI tags the category, urgency and sentiment, writes a short summary and drafts a reply using only the support policies you paste in. Urgent or angry messages are posted straight to your Slack support channel with the suggested reply; every other draft waits in Reviews and, once a teammate approves it, is emailed to the customer with replies going to your support inbox.

Example run

What goes in, and what comes out.

Example with fictional data

Comes in

Contact form from a fictional customer, Dana: “I was charged twice for invoice #4821 this month. Can you refund the duplicate before Friday?”

The agent produces

Tagged billing, high urgency, frustrated. Posted to #support with a summary and a suggested reply that confirms a teammate will check the duplicate charge, quoting your refund policy. No email goes out until someone approves.

What you need

Everything it takes to run it.

About 15 minutes from purchase to live. A checklist above the canvas takes you through each step.

Plan

Included in Pro and up; on other paid plans it's $59 once. Agents run live on paid plans, from Basic ($39/mo).

Connect any of 14 AI providers on your own key. Your provider bills usage directly, at cost; we add no markup.

Apps

Checklist

  • A paid plan (agents run live on paid plans).
  • An AI provider key (Settings → AI Providers).
  • Slack, connected in Settings → Integrations.
  • A form, chat widget or helpdesk that can send new messages to a webhook URL.

Setup, about 15 minutes

  1. Connect your AI provider. The AI steps run on your own key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and more). Add one in Settings → AI Providers.
  2. Connect Slack. Connect the Slack workspace your support team uses (Settings → Integrations → Slack).
  3. Pick the Slack account and channel. Open “Alert the team in Slack” and pick your account and the channel for escalations. Invite the app to private channels first (/invite @Fluxo Flow).
  4. Paste your support policies. Open “Triage and draft a reply” and replace the placeholder with your policies and team name.
  5. Add your support email address. Open “Email the reply to the customer” and enter the address customers should reply to.
  6. Test it with Dry Run. Press Dry Run: the agent runs on sample data with no messages sent and nothing written to your apps.
  7. Switch the trigger on. Open the trigger, switch the webhook on and copy its URL into your form, chat widget or helpdesk.

Is it a fit?

Who it's for, and what it won't do.

Built for

  • Small support teams answering a contact form or chat widget
  • Founders who still handle support themselves
  • Service businesses with clear refund and booking policies

What it doesn't do

  • It doesn't read an email inbox or WhatsApp by itself; messages arrive through the webhook.
  • It never emails a customer without a person approving the reply first.
  • It doesn't look up orders or accounts, or issue refunds. It says a teammate will check instead.
  • It doesn't update tickets in your helpdesk.

We list the limits up front so you can decide before you buy.

FAQ

Questions about Customer Support Agent.

What if the AI writes something wrong?

Nothing reaches a customer until a teammate approves it in Reviews, and urgent or angry messages are never answered automatically. Drafts use only the policies you paste in, and when a request needs an account check it says a teammate will look into it instead of making something up. Dry Run lets you test on sample messages first.

How long does setup take?

About 15 minutes: connect your AI provider and Slack, paste your support policies, add your support email and point your form, chat widget or helpdesk at the agent's webhook.

Does it read my inbox or update my helpdesk?

No. Messages arrive through a webhook, which most forms, chat widgets and helpdesks can call. It doesn't change tickets, look up orders or issue refunds.

Is it worth paying for?

It's a one-time purchase that never renews, and it takes over the sorting and first drafting your team does on every single message. Agents run live on a paid plan with your own AI provider key; Dry Run is free to try.

Does it email customers without a person checking?

No. Every reply waits in Reviews until a teammate approves it. Urgent and angry messages aren't answered automatically at all; they go to Slack.

Can it read my inbox?

Not by itself. Send messages to its webhook from your form, chat widget or helpdesk (most can call a webhook on new tickets).

Is this a subscription?

No. Customer Support Agent is a one-time purchase of $59 per workspace and never renews. Pro, Business, Elite and Enterprise plans include it at no extra cost. Running it live needs a paid plan (from Basic ($39/mo)), and your AI provider bills you directly for usage.

Can I test it before it touches real data?

Yes. Once it's set up in your workspace, Dry Run plays every step on sample data with simulated AI and app calls: nothing is sent and nothing in your apps changes. Switch the trigger on only when you're happy.
