Sound familiar?

The job, before and after this agent.

What it feels like today

  • “We collect NPS every quarter and nobody reads the comments.”
  • “By the time we spot an unhappy customer, they've already told us they're leaving.”
  • “Happy customers would leave a review if we just asked them at the right moment.”

What you get with the agent

  • Each response classified as promoter, passive or detractor, with 1–3 themes, a product area from your list and a churn-risk rating
  • The key quote pulled word for word, plus a one-line summary
  • Every response logged as a row in Google Sheets so you can chart themes over time
  • Detractors and high churn risks posted to your customer success channel with a suggested save play and draft follow-up
  • Promoters emailed a thank-you with your review or referral link, only after a teammate approves it

Before

Survey results pile up in a dashboard. Someone skims them before the quarterly review, and the detractor who wrote “we're looking at other options” is already gone.

After

Within minutes of a low score, your CS channel has the quote, the churn risk and a save play. Your sheet shows which themes keep coming up, and promoters are asked for a review while they're still happy.

How it works

The whole workflow, step by step.

Each NPS, CSAT or feedback response your survey tool sends to its webhook (Typeform, Tally, Jotform, your app) is classified by AI as promoter, passive or detractor, tagged with themes and a product area from your list, rated for churn risk and summarized with a word-for-word key quote. Every response is logged as a row in Google Sheets for trend tracking. Detractors and high churn risks are posted to your customer success channel in Slack with a suggested save play and a draft follow-up; promoters get a thank-you with your review or referral link once a teammate approves it.

This is the workflow that opens in your workspace when you set the agent up. Every step can be edited.

  1. Step 1New survey responseYour survey tool (Typeform, Tally, Google Forms via Apps Script, your app) posts each NPS, CSAT or feedback response to the workflow's webhook URL.
  2. Step 2Analyze the responseAI classifies promoter / passive / detractor, tags themes and the product area, rates churn risk, pulls the key quote and drafts the follow-up.
  3. Step 3Log it to Google SheetsAdds a row per response (date, person, score, segment, themes, product area, churn risk, quote) so you can chart themes and trends over time.
  4. Step 4Detractor, promoter or passive?Detractors and high churn risks go to your customer success channel in Slack; promoters with an email get a thank-you for approval; the rest are only logged.
  5. Step 5Alert customer success in SlackPosts the score, quote, churn risk, suggested save play and a draft follow-up to your CS channel so someone reaches out today.
  6. Step 6Approve the thank-youA teammate reads the promoter's thank-you (with your review or referral link) in Reviews, edits it if needed and approves it.
  7. Step 7Email the thank-youSends the approved thank-you to the promoter from your workspace's sender, with replies going to your inbox.
  8. Step 8Logged onlyPassives and unclear responses are kept in the sheet and the run history.

Example run

What goes in, and what comes out.

Example with fictional data

Comes in

A score of 4 from a fictional account, BrightPath Dental: “Bank feeds keep disconnecting and support took three days to answer. We're looking at other options before our renewal.”

The agent produces

Detractor, themes: reliability and support speed, high churn risk. Logged to the sheet, then posted to #customer-success with the quote, a suggested save play (a call from the account owner about the feed issue) and a draft follow-up email.

What you need

Everything it takes to run it.

About 15 minutes from purchase to live. A checklist above the canvas takes you through each step.

Plan

Included in Enterprise; on other paid plans it's $79 once. Agents run live on paid plans, from Basic ($39/mo).

Your AI key

Connect any of 14 AI providers on your own key. Your provider bills usage directly, at cost; we add no markup.

Apps

Checklist

  • A paid plan (agents run live on paid plans).
  • An AI provider key (Settings → AI Providers).
  • Google Sheets and Slack, connected in Settings → Integrations.
  • A survey tool or app that can send each new response to a webhook URL (Typeform, Tally, Jotform, your app…).

Setup, about 15 minutes

  1. Connect your AI provider. The AI steps run on your own key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and more). Add one in Settings → AI Providers.
  2. Connect Google Sheets. Connect the Google account that can edit your feedback log (Settings → Integrations → Google Sheets).
  3. Connect Slack. Connect the Slack workspace your customer success team uses (Settings → Integrations → Slack).
  4. Describe your product and review link. Open “Analyze the response” and replace the placeholder with your product, its areas, your team name and your review or referral link.
  5. Pick the feedback log sheet. Open “Log it to Google Sheets”, pick your Google account, paste the spreadsheet link and choose the tab. Add the header row described in the help text first.
  6. Pick the Slack account and channel. Open “Alert customer success in Slack” and pick your account and channel. Invite the app to private channels first (/invite @Fluxo Flow).
  7. Add your reply-to address. Open “Email the thank-you” and enter the address promoters' replies should go to.
  8. Test it with Dry Run. Press Dry Run: the agent runs on sample data with no messages sent and nothing written to your apps.
  9. Switch the trigger on. Open the trigger, switch the webhook on and paste its URL into your survey tool's webhook settings.

Is it a fit?

Who it's for, and what it won't do.

Built for

  • Customer success teams at SaaS and subscription businesses
  • Founders running NPS or CSAT surveys without an analyst
  • Agencies and service firms that survey clients after projects

What it doesn't do

  • It doesn't pull responses from your survey tool or import past ones; each response arrives through the webhook.
  • It analyzes one response at a time; trends and weekly theme reports come from the Google Sheet log (pivot or chart it).
  • It never emails detractors, and never emails promoters without a person approving first.
  • It doesn't update your CRM or helpdesk.

We list the limits up front so you can decide before you buy.

FAQ

Questions about NPS & Feedback Analyzer.

Will it email unhappy customers on its own?

No. Detractors are never emailed by the agent; they go to a person in Slack with a draft your team can send. Only promoters get an email, and only after someone approves it.

Which survey tools does it work with?

Any tool that can call a webhook on each new response, such as Typeform, Tally, Jotform, SurveyMonkey paid plans, your own app, or Google Forms with a short script. You also need Google Sheets and Slack connected. Setup takes about 15 minutes.

Does it build trend reports?

It analyzes one response at a time and logs each to your sheet, so trends come from a pivot or chart on that log. It doesn't import past responses or update your CRM.

Why pay for this instead of reading the comments myself?

You can, if someone actually has the time every week. The agent is a one-time purchase that never renews and reads every response the moment it lands. It runs live on a paid plan with your own AI key; Dry Run is free.

Which survey tools work?

Any that can call a webhook on each new response: Typeform, Tally, SurveyMonkey (paid plans), Jotform, your own app, or Google Forms with a short Apps Script.

Does it email detractors?

No. Detractors get a person: the alert goes to Slack with a draft follow-up your team can send. Only promoters get an email, and only after approval.

Is this a subscription?

No. NPS & Feedback Analyzer is a one-time purchase of $79 per workspace and never renews. The Enterprise plan includes it at no extra cost. Running it live needs a paid plan (from Basic ($39/mo)), and your AI provider bills you directly for usage.

Can I test it before it touches real data?

Yes. Once it's set up in your workspace, Dry Run plays every step on sample data with simulated AI and app calls: nothing is sent and nothing in your apps changes. Switch the trigger on only when you're happy.
