Sound familiar?

The job, before and after this agent.

What it feels like today

  • “I walk into calls without remembering who the person is or where the deal stands.”
  • “My mornings start with ten minutes of clicking between calendar and CRM.”
  • “I find out a big renewal call is today when the reminder pops up.”

What you get with the agent

  • Today's Google Calendar events read every weekday morning, skipping meetings you declined.
  • External guests picked out (not colleagues or rooms) and looked up in HubSpot by email, with their deals.
  • A one-screen agenda: each meeting in order, who's who, open deals and a prep note.
  • Delivered as a Slack direct message, written only from your calendar and HubSpot data.

Before

At 8:55 you're opening HubSpot in one tab and your calendar in another, trying to remember whether the 9:00 is the prospect or the existing customer.

After

At 7:30 a Slack DM lists your five meetings, who's attending from outside, the open deal and stage for each, and a one-line prep note. You're ready before your coffee.

How it works

The whole workflow, step by step.

Every weekday morning the agent reads today's events from your Google Calendar, picks out the external guests (outside your company domains, not rooms) and looks each one up in HubSpot with their deals. AI writes a one-screen agenda from that data only — every meeting in order, who's who, open deals and a prep note — and sends it to you as a Slack direct message. One calendar per setup, up to 25 external guests a day; it doesn't research people on the web. Waits for Google Calendar approval before it can be switched on.

Apps

Checklist

  • A paid plan (agents run live on paid plans).
  • An AI provider key (Settings → AI Providers).
  • Google Calendar, HubSpot and Slack, connected in Settings → Integrations. Google Calendar is waiting for Google's approval, so this agent switches on once it's live.

Setup, about 15 minutes

  1. Connect your AI provider. The AI steps run on your own key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and more). Add one in Settings → AI Providers.
  2. Connect Google Calendar. Connect the Google account whose calendar the brief covers (Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar).
  3. Connect HubSpot. Connect the HubSpot account your contacts and deals live in (Settings → Integrations → HubSpot).
  4. Connect Slack. Connect your Slack workspace (Settings → Integrations → Slack).
  5. Add your domains and preferences. Open “Read your brief settings” and replace the placeholder with your company email domains and what you want in the brief. Your time zone is set on the trigger (today's date is worked out in code in that zone).
  6. Pick your calendar. Open “Find today's events” and pick your Google account and calendar.
  7. Pick your HubSpot account. Open “Find them in HubSpot” and “Find their deals” and pick your account in each.
  8. Tell it where to send the agenda. Open “Find you in Slack” and enter your Slack email, then pick your Slack account there and in “DM you the agenda”.
  9. Test it with Dry Run. Press Dry Run: the agent runs on sample data with no messages sent and nothing written to your apps.
  10. Switch the trigger on. Open the trigger, set your time zone and switch the schedule on. It runs every weekday at 7:30.

FAQ

Questions about Daily Agenda Brief.

Which apps does it need?

Google Calendar, HubSpot and Slack. An Outlook Calendar version is also listed. The agent's page shows whether each app is ready to connect.

Does it research people online?

No. Who's who comes only from your HubSpot data; guests not in HubSpot are marked as such. It doesn't change anything in HubSpot or your calendar.

What are the limits?

One calendar per setup and up to 25 external guests a day. It's a morning snapshot, so meetings added later in the day aren't included. Setup takes about 15 minutes.

What does it cost?

A one-time purchase that never renews. To run it live you need a paid plan and your own AI provider key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and others), added in Settings. Dry Run on sample data is free, so you can see real output before you commit.

Which calendar does it read?

One Google Calendar per setup (usually your primary calendar). An Outlook Calendar version may follow.

How is this different from Meeting Prep Brief?

Meeting Prep Brief runs once per Calendly booking. This one runs every weekday morning over your whole day's calendar.

Does it research people on the web?

No. Who's who comes from your HubSpot data only; guests not in HubSpot are marked as such.

Is this a subscription?

No. Daily Agenda Brief is a one-time purchase of $69 per workspace and never renews. The Enterprise plan includes it at no extra cost. Running it live needs a paid plan (from Basic ($39/mo)), and your AI provider bills you directly for usage.

Can I test it before it touches real data?

Yes. Once it's set up in your workspace, Dry Run plays every step on sample data with simulated AI and app calls: nothing is sent and nothing in your apps changes. Switch the trigger on only when you're happy.
