Sound familiar?
The job, before and after this agent.
What it feels like today
- “Our form leads pile up and reps call them in whatever order they happen to open them.”
- “Half the contacts in HubSpot are students, vendors and tire-kickers nobody should have imported.”
- “By the time someone reads a great lead's message, they've already booked a demo somewhere else.”
What you get with the agent
- Every lead from your website, landing page or ad form gets a 0 to 100 fit-and-intent score with a plain-English reason.
- Hot leads land in HubSpot as sales-qualified and in your Slack sales channel, with the score and the next step.
- Warm leads go into HubSpot as marketing-qualified, ready for your nurture sequences.
- Reps open the contact and find a note with the likely objections, a recommended play and the lead's own words.
- Cold leads stay in the run history, so your CRM only holds people worth working.
Before
Monday morning, a rep scrolls through the weekend's form fills one by one, guessing who's serious, copying names into HubSpot and calling the head of operations at a 120-person company last.
After
That head of operations scored 88 on Saturday night. Slack lit up with the reason and next step, HubSpot already has the contact as sales-qualified, and the rep opens Monday with a short list in the right order.
How it works
The whole workflow, step by step.
Receives each new lead from your website, landing page or ad form through a webhook. AI scores fit and intent from 0 to 100 against the ideal customer you describe, with the reason, likely objections, a recommended play and the next step. Hot leads (70+) are created in HubSpot as sales-qualified and posted to your Slack sales channel; warm leads (40–69) go to HubSpot as marketing-qualified for nurture. Both get a note on the HubSpot contact with the score, reason, objections, next step and the lead's own message; cold leads stay in the run history.

This is the workflow that opens in your workspace when you set the agent up. Every step can be edited.
- Step 1New leadYour website form, landing page or ad form posts each new lead to the workflow's webhook URL.
- Step 2Qualify and score the leadAI scores fit and intent from 0 to 100 against your ideal customer, picks hot / warm / cold and writes the reason, likely objections and the next step.
- Step 3Hot, warm or cold?Scores of 70 or more are hot, 40–69 warm; the rest are cold. Change the numbers on the router to tune it.
- Step 4Add hot lead to HubSpotCreates the contact in HubSpot (or updates the one with the same email) as a sales-qualified lead.
- Step 5Alert sales in SlackPosts the hot lead with the score, reason, likely objections and next step to your sales channel.
- Step 6Add warm lead to HubSpotCreates or updates the contact in HubSpot as a marketing-qualified lead, ready for your nurture emails.
- Step 7Log the qualification on the contactAdds a note to the HubSpot contact just created or updated with the score, the reason, likely objections, the next step and the lead's own message, so reps see why without opening Fluxo Flow.
- Step 8Keep cold lead in historyCold leads aren't added to your CRM; the run history keeps them and their score.
Example run
What goes in, and what comes out.
Example with fictional data
Comes in
Form fill from Dana Lee, Head of Operations at Acme Freight (120 employees): spending about 30 hours a week copying shipment updates between systems, wants a demo next week.
The agent produces
Score 88, hot. Reason: right company size and role, a concrete manual-work problem, asking for a demo. Likely objection: integration with their current system. Next step: call today and offer two demo slots. HubSpot contact created as sales-qualified with that note; alert posted to #sales.
What you need
Everything it takes to run it.
About 15 minutes from purchase to live. A checklist above the canvas takes you through each step.
Plan
Included in Elite and up; on other paid plans it's $89 once. Agents run live on paid plans, from Basic ($39/mo).
Your AI key
Connect any of 14 AI providers on your own key. Your provider bills usage directly, at cost; we add no markup.
Checklist
- A paid plan (agents run live on paid plans).
- An AI provider key (Settings → AI Providers).
- HubSpot and Slack, connected in Settings → Integrations.
- A form or landing page that can send new leads to a webhook URL.
Setup, about 15 minutes
- Connect your AI provider. The AI steps run on your own key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and more). Add one in Settings → AI Providers.
- Connect HubSpot. Connect the HubSpot account your sales team works in (Settings → Integrations → HubSpot).
- Connect Slack. Connect the Slack workspace your sales team uses (Settings → Integrations → Slack).
- Describe your ideal customer. Open “Qualify and score the lead” and replace the placeholder with who you sell to. The score is only as good as this description.
- Pick your HubSpot account. Open the three HubSpot steps (hot lead, warm lead, qualification note) and pick your connected account in each.
- Pick the Slack account and sales channel. Open “Alert sales in Slack” and pick your account and channel. Invite the app to private channels first (/invite @Fluxo Flow).
- Test it with Dry Run. Press Dry Run: the agent runs on sample data with no messages sent and nothing written to your apps.
- Switch the trigger on. Open the trigger, switch the webhook on and send your form submissions to its URL.
Is it a fit?
Who it's for, and what it won't do.
Built for
- B2B SaaS teams with inbound demo and pricing-page forms
- Agencies and consultancies qualifying inbound inquiries
- Sales managers who want reps on the strongest leads first
- Founders doing sales themselves who can't read every form fill
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't look leads up on the web or in data providers; it scores what the form sends.
- It doesn't email or call leads, or enroll them in sequences (use HubSpot for outreach).
- It doesn't read leads from a Google Sheet; leads arrive through the webhook.
We list the limits up front so you can decide before you buy.

FAQ
Questions about Lead Generation & Sales Agent.
What if the AI scores a lead wrong?
It scores against the ideal customer you describe, explains every score, and you can move the hot and warm thresholds (70 and 40 by default). Dry Run lets you test it on sample leads for free before anything touches HubSpot.
Which apps do I need?
HubSpot and Slack, plus a form or landing page that can send new leads to a webhook URL. It doesn't email or call leads; your reps or HubSpot sequences do that.
How long does setup take?
About 15 minutes: connect HubSpot and Slack, describe your ideal customer, point your form at the webhook, and run a Dry Run.
Is it worth the price?
It's a one-time price that never renews. Compare that with a rep reading and triaging every form fill by hand, every day. Running it live needs a paid plan and your own AI provider key.
Can I change the hot and warm thresholds?
Yes. Edit the numbers (70 and 40) on the “Hot, warm or cold?” router.
Does it email leads?
No. It qualifies and routes them; your reps or HubSpot sequences do the outreach.
Is this a subscription?
No. Lead Generation & Sales Agent is a one-time purchase of $89 per workspace and never renews. Elite and Enterprise plans include it at no extra cost. Running it live needs a paid plan (from Basic ($39/mo)), and your AI provider bills you directly for usage.
Can I test it before it touches real data?
Yes. Once it's set up in your workspace, Dry Run plays every step on sample data with simulated AI and app calls: nothing is sent and nothing in your apps changes. Switch the trigger on only when you're happy.
