Sound familiar?

The job, before and after this agent.

What it feels like today

  • “We export Search Console data and then nobody has time to actually analyze it.”
  • “Rankings slip for weeks before anyone notices traffic dropping.”
  • “Writers get a list of keywords instead of a brief they can write from.”

What you get with the agent

  • A weekly read of the Search Console or rank tracker export in your Google Sheet.
  • Ranking drops (when you include a previous-period column), page-two quick wins and top queries with weak click-through, quoting your numbers.
  • Topics no page on your site covers yet, from the topics you care about.
  • Three prioritized article briefs a week: title, target query, intent, outline and internal links.
  • The full report saved in Notion and the top actions posted to Slack with the link.

Before

Once a quarter someone opens Search Console, gets lost in filters, and the content calendar keeps being planned on gut feel.

After

Monday morning, Slack shows a query that dropped from position 4 to 9, two page-two quick wins, and a link to three briefs in Notion your writer can start on today.

How it works

The whole workflow, step by step.

Every Monday it reads the Google Sheet tab holding your Google Search Console (or rank tracker) export. AI finds ranking drops (when the sheet has a previous-period column), page-two quick wins, top-5 queries with weak click-through and topics no page covers, quoting your numbers, then writes three prioritized article briefs. The full report is saved as a page in your Notion content database and the top actions, with a link to the report, are posted to Slack. It analyzes the data you export; it doesn't check rankings itself.

  5. Step 5Post the summary to SlackOnce the report is saved, posts the headline numbers, the top three actions and the link to the Notion report to your marketing channel.

What goes in, and what comes out.

Example with fictional data

Comes in

Sheet with this week's and last week's Search Console data for Acme Plumbing Supply: 180 queries with clicks, impressions, CTR and position.

The agent produces

Drop: the water heater sizing guide fell from 4.2 to 8.9. Quick wins: two queries at positions 11 and 13. Low CTR: a top-5 query with weak clicks, rewrite the title. Gap: no page on tankless maintenance. Three briefs filed in Notion; summary in Slack.

Apps

Checklist

  • A paid plan (agents run live on paid plans).
  • An AI provider key (Settings → AI Providers).
  • Google Sheets, Notion and Slack, connected in Settings → Integrations.
  • Your rankings in a Google Sheet tab: a Search Console export (Compare mode gives previous positions) or a rank tracker export, refreshed weekly by you or a Sheets add-on.

Setup, about 20 minutes

  1. Connect your AI provider. The AI steps run on your own key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and more). Add one in Settings → AI Providers.
  2. Connect Google Sheets. Connect the Google account that can open your rankings sheet (Settings → Integrations → Google Sheets).
  3. Connect Notion. Connect Notion and share your content database with Fluxo Flow (••• → Connections in Notion).
  4. Connect Slack. Connect the Slack workspace your team uses (Settings → Integrations → Slack).
  5. Pick the rankings sheet. Open “Read your rankings sheet”, pick your Google account, paste the spreadsheet link and choose the tab. In Search Console use Performance → Compare (last 7 days vs previous) → Export to keep this tab current.
  6. Describe your site. Open “Find drops, quick wins and content gaps” and replace the placeholder with your site, audience, topics and competitors.
  7. Pick the Notion database. Open “Save the report in Notion” and pick your account and content database.
  8. Pick the Slack account and channel. Open “Post the summary to Slack” and pick your account and channel. Invite the app to private channels first (/invite @Fluxo Flow).
  9. Test it with Dry Run. Press Dry Run: the agent runs on sample data with no messages sent and nothing written to your apps.
  10. Switch the trigger on. Open the trigger, set your time zone and switch the schedule on. It runs every Monday at 7:00.

Is it a fit?

Who it's for, and what it won't do.

Built for

  • Content marketers and SEO leads at small teams
  • SEO and content agencies reporting to clients
  • Founders running their own content marketing

What it doesn't do

  • It doesn't check Google or Bing rankings itself or pull data from SEO tools; it analyzes the sheet you keep current.
  • It doesn't see competitors' rankings or search volumes unless they are in your sheet.
  • It doesn't publish content or change your site; briefs go to Notion for your team.

FAQ

Questions about SEO Rankings Review & Content Gap Finder.

Does it check Google rankings itself?

No. It analyzes the rankings you export into the sheet, refreshed by you or a Sheets add-on. Search Console's Compare mode gives it previous positions so drops show up.

Will the briefs be generic?

They're built from your own queries and positions, and the report quotes your numbers. It doesn't see competitors or search volumes unless they're in your sheet.

Which apps do I need?

Google Sheets, Notion and Slack. Setup takes about 20 minutes. Keep the sheet to your top few hundred queries so runs stay quick and affordable.

Is it worth the price?

A one-time price that never renews, against a weekly analysis and brief-writing session. Live runs need a paid plan and your own AI provider key.

How big can the sheet be?

Keep it to your top few hundred queries; very large sheets make the AI step slow and costly.

Is this a subscription?

No. SEO Rankings Review & Content Gap Finder is a one-time purchase of $69 per workspace and never renews. The Enterprise plan includes it at no extra cost. Running it live needs a paid plan (from Basic ($39/mo)), and your AI provider bills you directly for usage.

Can I test it before it touches real data?

Yes. Once it's set up in your workspace, Dry Run plays every step on sample data with simulated AI and app calls: nothing is sent and nothing in your apps changes. Switch the trigger on only when you're happy.
