Switching

Rebuild a Activepieces flow in Fluxo Flow.

Activepieces flows don't import into Fluxo Flow, so there's no automatic conversion. Here's how to rebuild a flow step by step on the canvas, or start from a template.

  1. List the flow's pieces

Activepieces flows don't import into Fluxo Flow. Write down the trigger, each piece, branches and loops, and which connections each step uses.

  2. Recreate the trigger

Use a Scheduled Trigger, a Webhook Trigger with a secret or HMAC signature, or an App event trigger for apps we connect to (most are beta; live ones are marked).

  3. Rebuild steps as nodes

Branches become a Router, loops a Loop node, code pieces an HTTP Request to your own endpoint or a Transformer for reshaping data. Call any API we don't connect to with an HTTP Request and a vault credential.

  4. Move AI to your own key

Connect your provider key once and use AI Generate or Agent steps. There's no credit cost per AI step; your provider bills tokens directly.

  5. Add review, then Dry Run

Put a Human Review node before anything risky, Dry Run with a real sample and check the trace before you turn it on.

FAQ

Fluxo Flow vs Activepieces: questions.

Is Fluxo Flow cheaper than Activepieces?

It depends on your usage. Activepieces meters credits, while Fluxo Flow charges a flat plan (paid plans start at $39/mo) and your AI provider bills you directly at cost. For small, simple workflows Activepieces can cost less; for high-volume, many-step or AI-heavy workflows a flat plan can cost less.

How does Activepieces count usage compared with Fluxo Flow?

Activepieces counts credits: per its pricing page, an execution counts as one credit and AI steps cost 2, 10 or 20 credits depending on the model class. Fluxo Flow counts nothing per run or step; AI steps run on your own provider key at the provider's price, and the plan sets workflows, seats and schedule frequency.

Does Fluxo Flow have as many integrations as Activepieces?

No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Native integrations live today are Google Sheets, HubSpot, Notion, Salesforce and Slack, with 39 more in beta. Anything with an API can be reached through HTTP requests and webhooks. If you depend on a niche app that Activepieces supports natively, Activepieces may be the better fit.

How do AI costs work?

You connect your own key from one of 14 providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral and more). Your provider bills you at their published price; we add no markup and sell no AI credits. Dry Runs never call your provider.

Can I self-host Fluxo Flow?

No. Fluxo Flow is hosted only. If self-hosting is a must, Activepieces is a good choice: its community edition is MIT licensed.

How do I move my flows over?

Activepieces has no portable export, so rebuild them on the canvas: recreate the trigger with a schedule or webhook, add a node per step (or start from a template), then Dry Run with real sample data before you switch the flow off. The migration steps above walk through it.

Can I white-label Activepieces like the Fluxo Flow Partner plan?

Activepieces sells Embed, a white-label builder for software products, from $36k a year according to its pricing page. The Fluxo Flow Partner plan is aimed at agencies instead: client workspaces at wholesale prices, your domain and email sender, and a partner dashboard. They solve different problems, so compare them on what you're building.

Is there a free plan or a guarantee?

Yes. The Free plan lets you build up to 3 draft workflows and test them with Dry Run on sample data, with no credit card. It doesn't run anything live: running workflows by hand, on a schedule, from a webhook or through the API needs a paid plan, from $39/mo. Paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.
