Write down the trigger, each step, where a person approved or filled something in, and which apps were involved.
Rebuild human-in-the-loop steps as Human Review
A Human Review node pauses the run until someone approves, edits or rejects the item in the Review Queue. Set an assignee, a priority and what happens on timeout. Where a person used to type in missing data, have them edit the output before approving.
Recreate AI steps on your own key
Connect your provider in Settings → AI Providers and use AI Generate for extraction, summaries and drafts, or an Agent step when the model has to pick tools. Add a Validator to check structured output.
Recreate triggers
Use App event triggers for the apps we connect to (six are live, the rest beta), a Webhook Trigger for anything that can send webhooks, or a Scheduled Trigger.
