In short
Gumloop fits teams that want AI agents that chat, pick tools and work across apps, with model and tool costs on one bill. Fluxo Flow is built for predictable, repeatable workflows: you design the steps on a canvas, AI runs on your own key with no fee on top of the provider's price, risky steps wait in a Review Queue, and the plan price doesn't move with usage.
| Fact | Fluxo Flow | Gumloop |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing model | Flat plans by number of workflows and seats. | Pro from $37/mo with included credits; Enterprise is custom. |
| What's metered | Nothing per run, task or step. Plans limit workflows, seats and how often schedules can run. | Credits ($0.005 each) pay for model tokens, compute and paid tool calls at the providers' list prices (1 credit minimum per paid tool call), plus an 8% orchestration fee on the task's full list cost. |
| Your own AI key / model | Built in: bring your own key from 14 providers. Your provider bills you at their price; we add no markup and sell no AI credits. | Yes: with your own model key, token credits drop to zero and the orchestration fee rises from 8% to 16% of list cost. |
| Human approvals | Human Review node and a built-in review queue on every plan. | Not listed on their official pages. |

Switching
Rebuild a Gumloop agent in Fluxo Flow.
Gumloop agents don't import into Fluxo Flow, so there's no automatic conversion. Here's how to rebuild a agent step by step on the canvas, or start from a template.
Write down what the agent actually does
Gumloop agents don't import. Run the agent a few times and list the tools it calls and the order it usually calls them in. Most repeatable agents follow two or three paths.
Turn the common path into steps
Make each tool call an Integration or HTTP Request node, put decisions in a Router, and keep an Agent node only where the next step really can't be planned.
Bring your own key
Connect the same model provider in Settings → AI Providers. Your provider bills tokens at its price, with nothing added by us.
Gate the actions
Add a Validator on AI output and a Human Review node before sends, updates or payments.
Dry Run and compare
Dry Run with a real input; AI and app calls are simulated, so it costs nothing. Then run live and compare traces.
FAQ
Fluxo Flow vs Gumloop: questions.
Is Fluxo Flow cheaper than Gumloop?
It depends on your usage. Gumloop meters credits, while Fluxo Flow charges a flat plan (paid plans start at $39/mo) and your AI provider bills you directly at cost. For small, simple workflows Gumloop can cost less; for high-volume, many-step or AI-heavy workflows a flat plan can cost less.
How does Gumloop count usage compared with Fluxo Flow?
Gumloop bills credits worth $0.005 each for model tokens, compute and paid tool calls at list price, plus an 8% orchestration fee (16% when you bring your own model key, in which case token credits drop to zero). Fluxo Flow adds nothing to AI usage: your provider bills you at its price, and the plan price is flat.
Does Fluxo Flow have as many integrations as Gumloop?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Native integrations live today are Google Sheets, HubSpot, Notion, Salesforce and Slack, with 39 more in beta. Anything with an API can be reached through HTTP requests and webhooks. If you depend on a niche app that Gumloop supports natively, Gumloop may be the better fit.
How do AI costs work?
You connect your own key from one of 14 providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral and more). Your provider bills you at their published price; we add no markup and sell no AI credits. Dry Runs never call your provider.
Can I self-host Fluxo Flow?
No. Fluxo Flow is hosted only. If self-hosting is a must, look at a self-hostable tool such as n8n or Activepieces instead.
How do I move my agents over?
Gumloop has no portable export, so rebuild them on the canvas: recreate the trigger with a schedule or webhook, add a node per step (or start from a template), then Dry Run with real sample data before you switch the agent off. The migration steps above walk through it.
Is an AI agent or a workflow better for my process?
If the steps are known and repeatable (qualify a lead, check an invoice, write a weekly report), a workflow with AI steps is cheaper to run and easier to audit. Agents earn their cost when the path really can't be planned in advance. Our guide on AI agents versus AI workflows walks through the trade-off.
Is there a free plan or a guarantee?
Yes. The Free plan lets you build up to 3 draft workflows and test them with Dry Run on sample data, with no credit card. It doesn't run anything live: running workflows by hand, on a schedule, from a webhook or through the API needs a paid plan, from $39/mo. Paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.
