Switching

Rebuild a Pabbly Connect workflow in Fluxo Flow.

Pabbly Connect workflows don't import into Fluxo Flow, so there's no automatic conversion. Here's how to rebuild a workflow step by step on the canvas, or start from a template.

  1. List the workflow's steps

Pabbly workflows don't import into Fluxo Flow. Note the trigger, each action, Filters, Routers and Iterators, and the connections they use.

  2. Recreate the trigger

Most Pabbly workflows start from a webhook: create a Webhook Trigger, add a secret or HMAC signature, and point the sending app at the new URL. Use a Scheduled Trigger for scheduled ones.

  3. Map internal steps to logic nodes

Filters and Routers become a Router, Formatter steps a Transformer, Iterators a Loop. None of them cost anything on either side.

  4. Add the AI and the review

This is usually why people move: add an Agent or AI Generate step on your own key, a Validator to check its JSON, and a Human Review node before the action that matters.

  5. Dry Run, then switch

Dry Run with a real sample to check every step without side effects, then turn the workflow on and the Pabbly one off.

FAQ

Fluxo Flow vs Pabbly Connect: questions.

Is Fluxo Flow cheaper than Pabbly Connect?

It depends on your usage. Pabbly Connect meters tasks, while Fluxo Flow charges a flat plan (paid plans start at $39/mo) and your AI provider bills you directly at cost. For small, simple workflows Pabbly Connect can cost less; for high-volume, many-step or AI-heavy workflows a flat plan can cost less. Try the cost calculator with your own numbers.

How does Pabbly Connect count usage compared with Fluxo Flow?

Pabbly Connect counts tasks: only action steps use them, while triggers and internal steps such as filters, routers and formatters are free. Its Unlimited plan removes the task limit altogether. Fluxo Flow doesn't count tasks either; plans are set by workflows, seats and schedule frequency, and AI runs on your own provider key.

Does Fluxo Flow have as many integrations as Pabbly Connect?

No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Native integrations live today are Google Sheets, HubSpot, Notion, Salesforce and Slack, with 39 more in beta. Anything with an API can be reached through HTTP requests and webhooks. If you depend on a niche app that Pabbly Connect supports natively, Pabbly Connect may be the better fit.

How do AI costs work?

You connect your own key from one of 14 providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral and more). Your provider bills you at their published price; we add no markup and sell no AI credits. Dry Runs never call your provider.

Can I self-host Fluxo Flow?

No. Fluxo Flow is hosted only. If self-hosting is a must, look at a self-hostable tool such as n8n or Activepieces instead.

How do I move my workflows over?

Pabbly Connect has no portable export, so rebuild them on the canvas: recreate the trigger with a schedule or webhook, add a node per step (or start from a template), then Dry Run with real sample data before you switch the workflow off. The migration steps above walk through it.

Is there a free plan or a guarantee?

Yes. The Free plan lets you build up to 3 draft workflows and test them with Dry Run on sample data, with no credit card. It doesn't run anything live: running workflows by hand, on a schedule, from a webhook or through the API needs a paid plan, from $39/mo. Paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.
